  Oyo staff who is so rude

  I paid for extend a month 3 days before closing Astura Oyo 1472 Sanur, but he didn't refund it and forced me to move to Sun boutique Oyo Kuta no choice.I asked him for a desk, chair, and kitchen to work in an unavailable setting, but I couldn't contact oyo agent staff who is Andy yesterday at all.There are no kitchen and no window and too much noisy from bike and car.Me and wife couldn't sleep and don't work at all because of no signal wifi.Even aircon doesn't work and refrezer.I explained hard situation to him in detail, but he didn't refund just ignore it.I contract to him introduce from Astana 1472 Sanur, I chose there because have kitchen and veranda and fast wifi like good environment.Stying in Sun boutique Oyo Kuta is too difficult.Above all, I am not operate working on the Internet business, so I am losing in my business no wifi.I can't eat outside caz corona no kitchenANDY who is your agent staff told me complain Oyo company, one will refund someday like this.I can't believe his rude answer.

  The hotel it self is nice actually, good value of money. However, little maintanance is needed. Wall cracking or repainting the wall is needed. Also, please make sure there is a lotion and hand wash in the toilet as they provide it but it was empty. Shower room need to be deep cleaned. But, overall is good

  last time i do check in at 05.00PM and i get the Deluxe room, actually i do repeater Guest , and all was good the girls one very humble,and shortly i come to my room wast un empty no towel, no soap ,no water almost all the standard of amenities is empty is this mean room not ready yet but they give to me,and i call the staff to give towel, and i waiting for one hourand after 2 day i do book this hotel again, i come at 00.00AM something i talk them i book and i show my booking and they say cant cant help to changing my date for check in not helping so much , and they offer for new booking, and how about my current booking, and than i cancel i book to another hotel.come on, with the situation why we are as hotelier cant help for our client to easy, nothing less better than we are lost revenue,

  Old hotel in a good location of Kuta Bali

  Actually a few years ago I had stayed at this hotel, but I was not write a review of it. This time I returned to this hotel because of the good initial impression, and the inexpensive price of hotel rooms. We booked a family room, and it was quite a surprise to see a very spacious room, in which there is a living room and 2 rooms, each has AC and bathroom. Room conditions are quite comfortable, even though it is not exactly clean. Because many parts of the room that need to be renovated, both the walls of the room and in the bathroom. Cable TV is available in the living room, with quite a lot of channels.The disadvantages of this hotel are as follows. Slow internet, especially in the room. The condition of the hotel is old and needs to be renovated. Limited parking space. We can't review the breakfast because we didn't take the stay with breakfast package. In addition, the room does not have a window to see the outside view in our room.This hotel located on Sunset Road Street Kuta Bali which is quite crowded and close to tourist centers, such as restaurants, Carrefour supermarkets and others. Also close enough if going to Kuta Beach. Next to the hotel there is also the Coco Mart which is open 24 hours. There is an ATM next to the hotel, making it easy to take cash. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.I recommend this hotel as a 2.5 - 3 star hotel, for those of you who have a budget for a hotel that is not too big. But want to explore at the center of Kuta Bali.

  Good hotel, good atmosphere

  Location of hotel is good, rooms were small but well organised and clean. Got rooms at the 1st floor and close to the restaurant. Also breakfast was awesome. Good variety of foods were served in the breakfast buffet. The pool was well decorated. Overall good hotel on a budget.
