  Only it's restaurant was 'tested'. The Staff was very good, the food was OK too. The live music and the signers were the top of the night! Really! Professional, even more the lady with red hair. I just can recommend the place, it is a real local one next to the interesting seaside lake, with an Arabic vibe!

  Initially, I canceled my reservation at Hotel Voila Mamaia due to the negative reviews I read, but after much consideration, I decided to give it a chance. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the ladies at the reception, who were extremely kind and understanding. They told me that if I encountered any inconvenience, not to hesitate to inform them, as they would do their best to resolve any issues.I got the room I wanted, and overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, there is a negative aspect to mention: cleanliness. Although the hotel is not perfectly clean, it can't be said to be unkept either; I would say it's acceptable. I was surprised by the large number of guests staying despite the less favorable reviews.The room was in decent condition, but it could have used an extra vacuuming and dusting off the TV. The bathroom was mostly clean, with a spotless toilet and sink, but I recommend wearing flip-flops in the shower - although that should be a common practice anywhere to prevent any issues.

  The pictures on the booking do not reflect the reality of the hotel.. it doesn't look like the pictures on the internet at all! When I entered the room, the smell was very bad, it was messy, the bathroom is very small. Unfortunately we stayed elsewhere because you can't sleep in that room. the furniture is old and untidy, the balcony door does not fold.I do not recommend this place at all!

  Is a place nice in description, because of the location and outside pool, but the truth is tha 2 stars is maybe maximum.Because the cleanliness is not what it has to be (especially in the room), the staff is unde expectations-reception staff and not at all problem solving.

  The room floor was very dirty and the bath was absolutely disgusting. Also, the bartenders were very rude and food was scarce. The food was brought in broken dishes and the dessert was mainly composed of ice cream.
