Location

Located in Lembongan Island, this beach hotel has the perfect ambience for business travellers as well as families.

Facility

In addition to 11 villas/houses, guests can also choose from a selection of 45 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (for a fee), a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. In some rooms, a terrace provides additional space for relaxation. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Sport

The spacious pool complex with 2 indoor and 12 indoor pools promises refreshment, rest and relaxation. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the resort offers cycling/mountain biking. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym, billiards and aerobics. A spa and massage treatments are available in the wellness area. In the evenings, guests can unwind to live music.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

    Beautiful location and delicious food but the live music is far too loud and ruins the ambience or the whole location. Even the manager agreed the music was too loud but didn't turn it down. Five star location ruined by loud music.

    Looks great but fails on practicality and value for money; Sliding doors off their railings, big bathroom but no hooks or shelves, light switches turning on the wrong rooms, no laundry service, only one key allocated per room, only Indonesian television. Free shuttle delayed on arrival and departure On the plus side, the restaurant is excellent. Beach is lovely. Breakfast is reasonable. Place is ok but overpriced.

    We booked a Deluxe Room, but it was poorly maintained. Because of this, we decided to upgrade to a Luxury Villa, hoping for a better experience unfortunately, that was not the case. The villa was also in poor condition and clearly not well maintained.In the first villa, we had no hot water and had to move again around 10 p.m. Everything shows signs of neglect limescale buildup, damage, and unfinished repairs and yellow toilet seats. It’s a shame, because the location itself has great potential: the resort is right on the beach and has a nice pool. However, even the pool shows the same signs of poor maintenance.The only positive point was that the bed linen was clean. However, the breakfast was very disappointing there’s really nothing good to say about it.If they charged 50% less it would have been oke. Overall, we would not recommend D Nusa Resort.

    After a bad experience with a different hotel we chose to come to d’Nusa. Our whole family was so thrilled we chose this place. It’s central, it’s beautiful, it’s well maintained. There is a restaurant across the road with a kids playground, this was a godsend for our 4yo son. The staff were lovely and accommodating. Some of the food at the buffet breakfast was stale but I’d recommend getting freshly cooked eggs as they were delish.The private pool villa is definitely a must. The room has a key lock from inside so we were comfortable that our 4yo could not get out and into the pool whilst we were asleep.

    Do not stay here, this is the worst hotel I think I have ever stayed in. The staff speak no English and make it very apparent that they do not care about the guests at all. The rooms are damp, mouldy and we have a constant puddle in our room from a leak in the ceiling. The towels are not even fit to give to a dog shelter and the sheets in our room had blood on them. It’s not just our room, as our group has 3 rooms between us and they all have multiple reasons why I wouldn’t pay $10 a night to be here - This building should be condemned and the staff shouldn’t be in hospitality at all. DO NOT STAY HERE.
