    We stayed at De Lu Villa for one month and absolutely loved our experience. Ms. Diddy, the owner, and all the staff were incredible hosts – warm, helpful, and great communicators from start to finish. The pricing was very reasonable for the level of comfort and service we received.The villas have just been newly renovated (we were the first to stay since the upgrade), and everything was spotless, fresh, and well maintained. Any previous reviews mentioning the property being older or having a smell are completely outdated – the renovation has transformed the place beautifully.The pools were fantastic and always clean, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly throughout our entire stay.The location is excellent – tucked away enough to feel private and quiet, yet close to a great mix of local warungs and European dining options.We felt at home here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended.

    Worse villa I’ve ever stayed in my entire life! If you like living in the zoo, Then this is the Villa for you… lizards the size of cats pooping all over the kitchen every day. Bats and cockroaches and other disgusting on animals running freely. Old, moldy, dirty in general horrible hotel. Would never go back! Would give zero stars if I could!

    Absolutely disgusting, dirty , rude staff, old furnishings, moldy. I don’t recommend at all . Very bad experience. Old and dirty bed sheets . Horrible not unusable swimming pool . Dirty garden with old wooden floor .

    Stayed 1 night..lve stayed before so knew what to expect..but had to call reception after leaving as left phone charger..asked for 100k for small spot of blood on sheets..which are old n grey..and all caused by dangerous steps from parking area and no lighting..many reviews read the same..lve canceled future bookingsKerobokan room has broken kettle..and floorboards are screwed down for safety reasons

    Thanks to Jetstar, we were terribly mislead by this hotels photos. The sheets had yellow/black stains. The walls were disgusting. The aircon was falling off, plumbing leaking and noisey. It was that terrible we did not even unpack our bags.
