Location

These villas enjoy a prime location in Seminyak, close to the famous restaurants and up-market fashion boutiques and shops, yet set in its own private hideaway. Guests will find the nearest shopping area, restaurants and the tourist centre of Seminyak all around 100 m away and it is some 500 m to Seminyak Beach. The centre of Kuta is about 1 km away and it is 1.5 km to Denpasar. The villas lie only around 15 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Facility

The property includes 22 villas/houses as well as 20 rooms. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The finca has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. Some rooms include a balcony. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a tea/coffee station and a dishwasher. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. Finca has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. Leisure activities and facilities the finca include diving, yoga, a spa and a sauna or, for a fee, massage treatments.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can dine in a non-smoking restaurant with an area for smokers. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. Set menus are available at lunch. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. Finca also offers special catering options.

    Great location, good value stayThe hotel is in a great location—very close to GF Fañabé and about a 10-minute walk to Fañabé beach. Shops, markets, and restaurants are all nearby.We arrived early (12pm) and although our room wasn’t ready until 3pm, we could use the all-inclusive facilities straight away and store luggage, which was helpful.The room was basic but comfortable, with a good bed and two balconies. No TV in the bedroom (only the living area), but this didn’t bother us. One thing to note: room 205 is above the evening entertainment (9–11pm), which could be noisy for families, but we didn’t mind.Food was okay—lunch was the best, while breakfast and dinner were a bit average. Drinks were good, with strong spirits, pre-mixed cocktails, and nice slush options. The €1 reusable cup system works well, and free pool towels are a nice touch.WiFi is only available around reception and the nearest pool, so it would’ve been nice if it reached the rooms.Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.Entertainment was okay overall—the highlights for us were the gymnastics show and the male singer. It would’ve been good to see more daytime entertainment as advertised, although this may have been due to the time of year.On checkout day, we were able to use a free courtesy room for showers and continue using all-inclusive, which was a big plus.There are three nice pools. Some birds in the restaurant area, but staff manage it as best they can.For trips, Siam Park is a must—free bus from nearby Fañabé Plaza. Public buses are cheap and easy for getting to Playa de las Américas.Overall, not luxury, but a solid, good-value hotel in a great location. Would return.     We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Apartment was basic but clean and the balcony looked out over the bottom pool which was lovely. Enjoyed the variety of food and it was always well presented. Drinks were great. Baileys was delicious!     Location is fantastic, close to shops, the centre, bars and the beach. Everything you could need is within a 10 min walking distance.The atmosphere in the hotel is friendly and most of the staff are happy and helpful! There is evening entertainment from 9pm which we enjoyed with a few drinks.We asked for a room upgrade as celebrating a special occasion. The room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Only issue is we were at the front of the hotel by the road so it was a bit noisy at night.Value is very good for an all inclusive booking with bar snacks served from 12 and 3pm. We found there wasn't much variety in the restaurant, especially at breakfast time but the food was nice and the fresh grill had some great options for the afternoon and evening meals!We mostly ate all meals in the hotel but did go to The Winchester on Fanabe beach for our final night - highly recommended a visit if you're in the area!
