    Perfect location for foodies

    Kind & attentive staff; buffet breakfast is delicious; swimming pool is clean & refreshing; easy walk to many restaurants; large room. Only downside is that advertised as having airport transfers- emails to hotel/website we booked through were ignored & we had to organise our own transport, when we arrived on a very delayed flight.

    In February 2023, I booked for 3-nites; check-in was not as smooth as I expected or wished it to be; but to compensate, the reception upgrade the stay to their corner Jr Deluxe Suite with tub & balcony (Rm#8311).The room, bathroom, tub & rain shower were all spacious.Although there were some maintenance issues, I decided to overlook (but report to housekeeping) to enjoy the massive tub and balcony for early morning coffee.Comfy bed, good aircon, quiet rooms, plenty of plug ins for wherever you want to switch your seating for accessing your digital goods.Breakfast buffet was pretty good and the serving staff were so kind for early mornings. The BEST for my visit was that the hotel provided CLEAN luxurious towels (face, hand, and body) and other bathroom amenities; along with bottled water, coffee, tea & kettle.There is room service. The worst was trying to order from the room phone which sounded like alien-inspired static (terrible).I forgot to do "special mentions" for helpful customer service: Terima kasih untuk Lanang, Yoan, dan Boss Satria <3

    They cancelled my booking after 10 days and i was desperate. They didn’t even refund my $420,18 back! Unbelievable. I tried to contact them many times. They ignored my messages even they have seen them! Also they deleted my comments on their social media. I was just asking them to reply my message. But all they did was deleting my comments. This was just a disappointment. Never think of staying in this place.

    Awesome Hotel in Petitenget Hygene and Comfy ..

    Our room was upgraded to Junior Suite 8211 overlooking the pool from the balcony.. excellent view from 2nd floor ...small but very clean and comfy balcony to sit at night The room is 44sqm very spacious for location in Petitenget . The room has sofa and sitting area.. very clean, very well layout .. The room service food selection is wide lots of famous Indonesian food like Laksa Fried Noodles and Rice ..at a very reasonable price..Bathroom also very clean and well serviced with mini jacuzzi inside and standing showerLocation on Petitenget with lots of cafe and restaurants when you exit the hotel Monsieur Spoon etcParking Basement is little tight but vallet parking at your own tips is 24 hours available.We recommend higly to stay in this hotel but our stay was made excellent with courteous and top notch greeting welcome and service in the front desk by Gusti and YoanThank you Aveda please keep the hygene standard so we will come back and stay in Bali

    I stayed alone in Aveda hotel but it was so much fun because of the people who works there , especially Sintya Defi ( the most fun person who makes every day like a celebration) and Ariana Kadek .
