  Unclean/ceiling fell down with us in the room

  Despite room being super spacious with lots of potential to be luxurious , the room wasn’t clean or well maintained. The room smelt very dusty and pillows/sheets, walls and floor had staines on them. The breaking point was when they the ceiling completely collapsed above the toilet during the night, which is extremely dangerous. We were meant to stay for two nights but left after the first. I do not recommend.

  Built decades ago for Chinese tour groups and marriage events it was never succesful- I don’t think it got still an owner but is run by somebody. It’s a ghost stay if you like that kind of abounded places here you will find a gem.Walk tru empty broken down halls rooms with broken ceilings and floors. It’s an amazing place for a chill down your spine.

  So I book for 2 nights and it said Dreamland Paradise? When nobody in that area know Dreamland Paradise exist. After 2hrs looking for this hotel finally I called the hotel and they said we can go on Rich Prada reception and they will show us our room. Kay, I see the building is reaaallly huge but super quite and I have the horror vibes around. Lobby is luxury but again, so quite. Theres 2 reception when theres like 8 tables. Empty lobby when theres soooo much sofa. And only 1 security? Reception told us if hes upgrade our room. Thanks for that.Our room is huge, bed is large too, but no hot water. Salty water, Phone doesnt work (Reception said its under maintanance). Hotel is really quite and kinda creepy I almost cry and walkout. But im too tiredNext morning wowww I got super nice view. Thank you for this roomAnd me and my friends decide to go walk around hotel area, we found rooms in 1st floor is in bad condition like so old and no one there. Yet again, feels scared. But the reception that morning really nice, he help us to rent a motorbike.The staff there super nice just the management really bad. I see in the lobby they sell some stuff and Balinese gift. But its soo cheap these days, I guess its like from 2 or 3 yrs ago cause the condition full of dust too. I found not working coffee machine that just there (I guess the lobby used to be breakfast restaurant) So after all, this hotel is really huge and have soooooo much potential if they have great management. Cant complain anything cause I only pay $13 per night, I wish they have better management so they can sell that room for at least $100 per night and good service. Might go back to this hotel if they have better management.

  at first I try to ignore all reviews that I already read, but it came all just right, this hotel just like abandone hotel, 300 rooms with only 3 people in charge? so sorry for the foreigner that came that night and thought that will had a 5 stars service.No hot water, pool was dry, no amenities, dump sheet, the only good thing is the view.

  We just booked for 3rooms and for 2 days. But when we checkin hotel staff just ask us to refund or cancelled the hotel booking because the rooms already full/taken by the other people. The hotel manager wont show at all, they send us just freakin staff that dont know how deal at all. I just warned if u booked here u must call and make sure that ur booking was “real” than u show there first. Because its take time to their place, and its at the corner of pecatu area, which is is very far from main road and very dark when night. So it could be more worst than u think 😆.Good luck with their accuse / freakin staff argue 🍺
