  When we arrived at the hotel they told us that they are overbooked. Not any note before by email or something. As we only had less time and only 2 nights to stay we accepted the offer to stay the first night in the booked "Deluxe queen suite" and then change for second night to an other "also good room", which we could not see before, because it was in use.As the housekeeping was still in our room, we just left our belongings there and left until the evening. As we came back, our roomdoor was open. And nobody had a key... Our belongings stayed the whole day there alone in a open room. Then we asked for towels. As we booked for 2 people we thought he would be so clever and bring 2 towels. But not. Then we asked for remote control of AC and TV. It was a big task and it turned out that the AC is broken. We just wanted to sleep, so we didn't care. But there was a loud noise... Sounds like a broken AC. But it came from the neighbours room.. Where nobody is living. We asked them to repair. What happened? They cut the cable of our AC, "repaired" it in a way that the hot water for shower was not working afterwards anymore... But of course it has nothing to do with the sound from neighbours room. As they again didn't have any keys for this room I helped them to open the door, for that they couldn't shut down the engine. So we slept a bit. Next day as we shifted to the other room, we arrived again back at 7 in evening... Room open.. Lights on... Room full of Moskitos...we asked again for towels... And remote control for AC.... We got both! and then we saw the bed. Dirty, with blood on all sheets. We asked him to change. The answer:"Sorry sir, all sheets are at the laundry". And.. Like yesterday... "you have to talk to the owner... I don't know when he comes... I can not call him.. I don't have Indonesia number.." So we called the owner, as I have a Simcars for my 3 weeks here... He promised to buy new sheets and come in 15min. After 45min we left the hotel and switched to an other one. Stupid people, dirty rooms and high prices. Absolutely no recommendation.

  cheap but not worth it

  The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. When we had an issue with our air-con when we first turned up they allowed us to move rooms. Restaurant on site very cheap and allowed us to get drinks from late at night.Disliked · In the first room we checked in to, the sheets had marks on them as did the pillows and looked like they hadn't been washed. The second room was a lot better but still there are stains all over the walls and the general cleanliness is extremely low. Wifi is also very poor and cut out majority of the time.

  Fresh and really nice room but with bad wi-fi. Food took over a hour to get and then I find out that they will order it from another place. They don’t have everything to drink on the menu like sodas. And they don’t noted what I ordered and misstakes me for ordering more than I did. When we checked in it seemed like they had no idea over how many rooms we booked or anything else. The staff is kind and friendly though.I don’t think I will recomend this to anyone unless it’s just for a nights sleep and if it would be cheaper.

  Our flight arrived late at night, so we decided to stay for the night, rather than go straight to Ubud.It actually took longer to get to the hotel than i expected, but the place is quite charming, with a nice garden. The room was basic, but very clean and pleasant. Service was warm and friendly. They arranged for a good taxi the next day to Ubud.Excellent room rate.

  this place is clean and neat, the staffs are also friendly and helpful, the place is also quiet and affordable, however the road has not been on the asphalt, but the place is worthed it.they also provided breakfast, air conditioner, shower, clean towel and soap. the room has garden view and it has no swimming pool. you can booked it through airy room or traveloka.
