    The villa itself is big and nice, the pool is refreshing and pretty clean. Nice balcony and nice view from it. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean spacious and a lot of facilities(bathtub, italian shower, hairdryer etc).There are hot water in the shower and AC in the livinroom and in the room.Only the TVs needs to be changed cause they are old, and more ustensils in the kitchens(like a saucepan or a pot).The experience was great though. And staff is amazing also!

    What a great fine. I made the mistake of booking D'Wina Villa in Canguu, which also is very nice, thinking it was the Kuta location, however the staff at Canguu where amazing, called the Kuta Villa and transferred us there. Cannot speak more highly of the friendly, excellent customer service we received at both Villas.Upon arriving at D'Wina Kuta, it was perfect. Clean, great size pool, big rooms, we could not have been happier.Location is great, just a quick 15 min walk into Garlic Lane or a $2 taxi ride into Kuta.Loved everything and every moment here. Backyard is great for sunbaking also has great shaded areas when sun gets to hot.Again the staff here are so helpful, friendly and amazing.Will definitely stay here again. Pricing also very good.

    Cockroaches, filthy and bad English

    Well.We were booked on another hotel, and like everyone(it seems), we were rebooked to this.First amazed with the junglestuff and Bali-theme, but later found cockroaches, filth and everything. Really not a 4-star hotel. When we saw the cockroach, we called the reception. And they didn’t know the word. Neither did they know the word “beetle”, or wanted to google it. They tried to send someone with mosqito-spray(who never arrived), and then When I called again, they didn’t answer. Only When I Got Down there and showed Them a picture, they send someone to kill it(which we could’ve done ourselves).Also, its on a dark, scary round to the main Road.Its a 18-20 minute walk to the beach, which is where the Real Bali begins. Wouldn’t recommend.

    I was originally booked elsewhere but upgraded here upon check in due to wifi issues and was so pleasantly surprised! So much larger than the initial pool villa I'd booked and they also gave us complimentary full body massages for the 'inconvenience'.These villas are huge, quiet and get great sunshine throughout the day!The pool is impressive- beautiful temperature and very clean! The staff are all so wonderful and are always offering to see if they can help with anything.They are in a great location as down the lane way onto the main street are so many different places to eat, you'll never have to eat the same thing twice (unless you choose to!)Advice- be careful on the outside tiles, (especially if you have little ones travelling with you) they can be slippery and do warm up quite quickly in the sun when dry.I loved our stay here and will definitely be returning in the future :)

    Great Little Villa

    What an experience! We had a group of 12 guys on a boys week away. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of like VIP guests! Bags were carried, keys were waiting, rooms were ready. Gardens and walkways are well-maintained and give an instant feeling of 'resort'. The pools were immaculate.We had 4 villas for 4 nights. Rooms were spotless every evening we returned. On the first night, one of the air conditioners wasn't working properly. When we went out in the morning we notified reception. By the time we returned that afternoon, all was fixed!The staff at D'wina were exceptional in looking after us. Their receptionist Yurika was always there with a smile night or day. She was always helpful- whether it be giving us directions to clubs, or offering to mind our room keys/valuables while we were out for the night. One evening we returned in the rain to find the team bringing our helmets into the office for us. SERVICE! I was impressed at Yurika's dedication and apparent love for her job. An admirable quality.Would I stay again? Absolutely! Going next month 😀
