The finca is located right in Seminyak, just 800 m from Kuta Beach and approximately 20 minutes' drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (around 8 km away).

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 16 villas/houses. The following room categories are also available: 30 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The finca has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. There is also a washing machine, an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. A shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath are included the bathrooms. A hairdryer and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. Finca has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

Going for a swim at the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas, is a great way to relax. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, fishing and horse riding are available. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy canoeing, snorkelling and diving. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. The wellness area offers pure relaxation and includes a spa and a solarium. For a fee, massage treatments are available to guests.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a dining room, a breakfast room and a bar. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner as a set menu.

    This is my third time staying at Dyana Villas, and once again it was an amazing experience. Two weeks went by so quickly! The location is truly central, making everything easily accessible.The staff at Dyana Villas are definitely a bonus—always friendly, warm, and genuinely happy to help.     Wonderful stay in Dynas Villa

    Very relaxing stay in 14b, although it was noted that a yoga come therapy room was overlooking our private garden and could get quite noisy on occasions. I stayed here in 2020 and there hasn't been much upgrade in the accomadation since then. Very attentive staff and security made for a much needed relaxing holiday.     Very enjoyable villa

    This villa is about a 5 minute of the main road with plenty of places to eat and drink .just becareful the roads very narrow keep an eye and ear out.The rooms consist of a kitchen and lounge room all open and have 2 ceiling fans.Has a table to eat at and a more relaxing balinese type seating.So a gas cook top ,large fridge mini griller and a 20ltr water cooler,Tv also.The Bathroom has a open hob with 2 shower heads run the water for a few seconds as it has an odour.The toilet functions well but can get wet with the rains light now.Great sink good hot water.The bedroom is airconned and has a great comfortable king bed with mozzie net.Wardrobe with safe ,table chair and TvThe pool area could do with a repaint or tile but was refreshing and used alot.I notice the pricing around $300 Aud we got it a fair bit cheaper and i would look around.The staff here will cook in your villa for you if you request it as we did a great idea.Thanks to Agon ,melanie and Lotus Arya D, Layanan Tamu/Resepsionis at Dyana Villas, responded to this review Dear Mr GavinThank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review.     One bedroom villa with private pool

    Our one-bedroom villa was clean and featured a fantastic indoor/outdoor living area that was spacious and included a lovely pool surrounded by a lush tropical garden. The bedroom had a king-size bed with a mosquito net and an excellent air conditioner. The open bathroom was quite nice, boasting a large shower area. This little peaceful gem is tucked away down an alley, providing a great location away from the busy streets of Seminyak, yet still within walking distance to numerous restaurants and the beach.     Delightful Dozen (Years!!)

    These villas are a hidden treasure! We've been staying here for the last 12 years and have stayed in a variety of their 23 villas. They all have a traditional Balinese feel, with lovely gardens, private pools and red tiled roofs. Open space living with lounge room, sitting areas, full fridge/freezer and limited kitchen facilities, which is something that management are aware of and are working slowly to rejuvenate, as they have done so with bathrooms over the last couple of years. To be honest we don't use the kitchen as it's so cheap to eat and drink here, but you can easily make a cuppa and a sandwich if desired.The villas are in a great location with walking distance to the beach (about a 15 min walk), a short, cheap cab ride to "Eat Street" and Jl Camplung Tanduk which is the road the Dyana laneway is off, has multiple good places to eat, sports bars, chemists, grocery shops and safe, reliable money changers.The lovely peaceful tranquility of these villas is one thing, the team who look after them are another. We have been dealing with Arya and his team during all of our visits here since 2013 and the service has always been professional, prompt, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We both feel like we are coming "home" when we visit!
