    Still lovely

Came for our annual stay. The rooms are large and clean. The staff are sparse but helpful. The Indonesian breakfast is good. Location is amazing, right on the lake. Very quiet. Our mattress needed replacing...kind of saggy in the middle. Last we checked you can only book on whatsapp (we prepaid by bank transfer)or if you walk in.

    One night stay

We stayed only one night. the rooms lack of maintenance . i think nothing has been done since the construction. The Javanese owner mainly connect muslim channels while we are in Bali and in addition the old tube tv was not working... the big mosque next door has loudspeakers that wake you up at 4.30 am..and in the evening same song. It kills the original Balinese calm environment. I think in Bali they should prevent the use of speakers in mosques if they want to keep up with tourism...the hotel was practical for our walk departure next to the botanical garden. Breakfast starts at 8 am . we asked if we could have it at 7 am, it was declined. no problem ...we enjoyed our long walk. but at night not enough blankets.. it was very cold and we had to sleep with our clothes on!

    Terrible - DON'T STAY HERE!!

    rating07 Sept 2019

We had the misfortune to spend a night here whilst travelling around Bali. We didn't pay enough attention to the rooms before checking in. The rooms were dirty, cold, damp and unpleasant, so much so that we slept in our clothes, partly because it was very cold (at 5000 ft, the temperature is much lower than in most of Bali), partly because the beds were so dirty and unpleasant. The breakfast was inedible. There seemed to be very few other guests, unsurprisingly. Certainly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

    Disgusting

    rating26 Nov 2017

We landed here for one night and could not get out quick enough. Rooms terribly dirty, beds uncomfortable, and don’t forget the rats! This place has great potential but clearly needs new management and an overall makeover. One night stay was 50,000 rupiah which was 45,000 too much! This whole town lacks personality and as tourists we felt like we entered a part of hell.
