Stayed at Episode Kuta Bali and honestly, it felt more than just a place to sleep, it felt like being genuinely taken care of.The location is super strategic, just a short walk to Mal Bali Galeria and close to pretty much everywhere you’d want to go in Bali. Whether it’s food, shopping, or exploring, everything is within easy reach.From the moment of arrival, the experience already felt different. At the front office, I was warmly welcomed by Mb Ayumas, her kindness wasn’t just professional, it felt sincere. If you’re checking in, try to find her… she has this way of making you feel instantly comfortable, like you’ve just arrived somewhere familiar.Breakfast was another highlight. Pak Wira, the restaurant manager, along with Mb Sely, took such great care of the guests. Their hospitality truly stood out, attentive, warm, and always smiling. The breakfast spread itself was generous with plenty of variety, but what made it special was something simple is being able to enjoy Indomie in the morning. It brought a sense of home, something unexpectedly comforting in the middle of a hotel stay.And the pool… aesthetically beautiful. It’s the kind of place where you don’t just swim, you pause, you relax, and you just enjoy the moment.What made this stay memorable wasn’t just the facilities or the location, but the people. Great Service and Excellent Location

Check-in at 2 PM was smooth and very fast. The staff were extremely helpful and genuinely tried their best to provide great service to guests.The room felt a bit small and slightly cramped, and the Deluxe Room does not offer any view. The bed was comfortable, although the “King Bed” was actually made by combining two single twin beds.One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is located right next to Galleria Mall Bali, making it very convenient to find food and go shopping.Breakfast is provided for free, but it is quite simple and served in a small corner area on the 5th floor.Overall, everything was acceptable. There was nothing particularly special about the room, but the staff were super friendly and well-trained — thumbs up to the team! What a wonderful team of hospitality professionals! From first arrival in the carpark to the final goodbye after I collected the luggage I kept with them, I was treated like a "special guest", which I can assure you I am not in most senses of the word. When we walked into our first room, there was a strong pervasive smell of mould and dampness when the aircon was turned on. I am asthmatic so I had to ask if they could get us another room. The next one was perfect and we settled in wonderfully. At breakfast, I was approached by the Front Office manager and the Food/Beverage manager to extend their apologies again, for my incident at check-in (how did they know...?) and the entire team looked after us so beautifully. I truly appreciate this property, and being directly attached to he big mall is icing on the cake for sure. I will return, many more times! Comfortable Family Stay Near the Mall

I stayed for one night with my family in a Family Suite. The room was well-maintained, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the mall, which made shopping and dining very easy for us. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our short stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place for families looking for a convenient and pleasant stay. Satisfying staycation

We stayed at Episode Kuta Bali for 3 nights. The service was very satisfying and everything was handled well. The check-in process only took a minute. The room was ready with a fairly clean room and bathroom. In addition to the comfortable room, the Internet facilities here are very fast and have a delicious buffet for breakfast. All employees and staff are friendly. They are always kind and ready to serve and help guests. Overall, Episode Kuta Bali is a good hotel, affordable and located on the main road. This makes it easy for us to go anywhere without having to deal with traffic jams near the beach.
