    I absolutely Loved it here. The staff are amazing, great vibe and relaxing. Everything you need is here, the rooms are great also and your near the local markets, restaurants, transport and shopping centers. I’m looking forward to returning and seeing all the staff that make it such a great place to stay. Suksma ❤️🙏👍.

    Front office staff no smile and first impression one pragnent FO staff underestimate to the guest, i got room #302. Aircon leaked 2 times and after the engineer talk to FO, they give me other room. Please increase your standard SOP staff especially when they serve the guest.

    Went here for a leisure time. Check in process was way too far from a perfect scenario. No smile from the front desk, not even a single greeting. One of the staff, i think the supervisor, chilling and sitting on the lobby staring at you, head to toe. So judgemental. Room was standard whatsoever. Requested for a quiet room but turned out to be so noisy at night. Asking for a additional mineral water the next day, front desk was saying they cannot provide it as you will be checking out today. Dude, how much a tiny bottle of water going to cost you? IMHO, with this price, you can get a better room at Jalan Dewi Sri, such as Amaris, Pop Hotel, or Instyle Kuta, or Fame Sunset Road. Not recommended at all.

    They are highly unprofessional. I booked this hotel online. At 10 30 night they called me and informed that they can not provide rooms. We had flight early morning and we were going for my son interview. We had no clue what to do. I requested them to adjust me some other nearby hotel but they were reluctant to hear me. Instead they kept saying we can accommodate you and no room available now. Very disappointed.
