hotel of poor quality, there is no real restaurant but the person at the reception who heats up dishes that we have to wait for more than an hour. the private pool is very dangerous for children. everything was broken in our "suite", broken socket, mold in all the cupboards, no pressure and broken shower head. after having reported everything to the reception no solution. we preferred to pay another hotel to finish our vacation. no refund and not even an apology.

Our stay in this hotel was a horrible experience. I have never been to a hotel which is so unhygienic. (See photos) The bathroom smell like mold and a tap was leaking. The kettle was broken, old coffee stains on a menu and sugar sachets. The cupboards wasn't even dusted. The curtains were wrinkled. The have a limited breakfast menu and don't serve liquor except for beers and wine. This is not a 4* hotel as was advertised.

We loved the hotel specially the private pool villa. They are amazing and the hotel service is also pretty good.More options can be added in the breakfast menu.Overall stay was awesome and we had a wonderful time there.

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly, the pool is amazing. It's located next to a busy road (you won't hear it) but the road is difficult to cross. So you can't explore a lot unless you take a gojek car or rent a bike. Had a great stay here

Staff was great, always with a smile. The villa looks nice from afar, however, it is quite rundown & dirty. The whole floor including the bathroom was dirty with shoe prints. The pool has broken tiles, which was very hazardous. This would have been a great villa if more love and care was put into it.
