  Good place for villa

  Good place. Near than Umalas. We are in the private villa with swimming pool, a big salon with a kitchen.Breakfast is not included for this price but you can order or go to the restaurant at the entrance. All is perfectly clean, the bathroom also, big with bath and shower. We booked via Airbnb for a cheap price.

  If your a young couple and travelling/back packing you might just be ok? We stayed there one night and that was too much! Apparently, they do have family challets but because there was only two of us they put us in a room that i would not put my dog in. One tap on the basin, shower disgusting, pool disguting, breakfast, we never even had a choice, they put a plate of rice and a plate of noodles in front of us. Nothing around you outside the "hotel" (i would not call it a hotel), you need transport to get anywhere, no local shops, not near the beach, was not for us! Giant ants crawling up the walls.No nice pics to take! Awful place! Giant ants crawling up the walls!

  Family Holiday over New Years

  Grand Avenue Bali was initially not the most enthralling Luxury Boutique private Pool Villa but I think this was because we were coming from a 5-star resort (inaya resort). The pool wasn’t clean, toilet was left dirty which my wife wasn’t very impressed with but in saying this the Villa grew on us and we really enjoyed it after the initial unsure feeling we got about it. The Air con was amazing, in that heat it made our room freezing in minutes which was great to have, the pool was nice when it was clean, the tv and the channels were great we watched a few really good movies as a family which was fantastic, their breakfast was tasty, shower and bathroom area is at the back and in the outdoors which was actually fun as I’d never really experienced a bathroom/shower like that but the bugs are a small inconvenience if you don’t like bugs and you’re in Bali I guess you’re going to find it difficult to enjoy anything haha so yes that was a nice experience. The bed was comfortable, nothing amazing but also not bad it was a standard queen size I believe (sheets are changed on request, towels too).The service was good, the girls that work reception are young and try their best to make you feel welcome and help you with any issues you may have or need attended to within the Villa. You just need to always ask/let them know what you want otherwise they respect your privacy and keep their distance (possibly a little too much as it seems they completely disregard your villa unless you approach them) which is honestly a good thing but having to ask for cleaning daily got a little annoying, if it wasn’t requested no cleaning would be done at all. So just a tip for anyone planning on staying here introduce yourself to the girls at reception and don’t be shy to ask for things as they are happy to help if anything they go above and beyond to make sure you’re looked after, they went over and above to help us whenever we asked and if we had an issue they immediately looked to fix it for us and wouldn’t leave until we indicated we were happy. They just need to be told/asked otherwise don’t expect anything to happen on its own. Location is a bit out of the way from Seminyak, not much surrounds it and on a number of occasions taxi drivers (even the honest ones) had trouble finding it. But in saying that it’s not in the middle of nowhere, this really depends on what sort of holiday you’re after my family liked Seminyak and the Seminyak area so it was a small inconvenience but if you want to just relax in your villa and cut off from everything and enjoy the pool and sun it would actually be great for this. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the efforts of the staff they did the best they could for us which is all we can ask for. It’s a very good private villa and was very cheap, wasn’t as fancy as other private villas but they come with a much higher price. You get some bang for your Buck here at the Grand Avenue Bali. I’d recommend it to individuals looking to relax and take some time away from the hustle and bustle of the real world. If you allow yourself you can really turn the private villa into a place that brings you peace and tranquility which I think is amazing especially for the cheaper price you will be paying compared to other villas that don’t offer anything THAT much greater considering the price difference. Definitely worth it if you’re on a bit of a budget.Kind regards, Murray K.

  I stayed at Grand Ave Villa’s for a couple of month and loved it, the staff so very friendly and helpful anytime I need anything that are there to help. I have a 1 bedroom villa with private pool, large living are and kitchen, if you are look for a fantastic place in Bali this is the place. 5 min to Canggu and 10 min to Seminyak it the a fantastic location.

  Hospitality and service of the highest levels, great facilities which make you feel like living in the tropical nature!! You can hear the noises of the animals, the drops of the rain, while enjoying the romantic view of the private pool... Clean, modern, amazing atmosphere and decoration.. It is definitely worth it!!
