Location

The hotel is located on the Nusa Dua Peninsula, just a 20-minute drive from Bali International Airport. It also offers easy access to Denpasar (about a 30-minute drive away), Sanur and Kuta (about a 20-minute drive away). Uluwatu Temple is about a 45-minute drive away.

Facility

The resort has 648 rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, a transfer service, translation services, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel doctor. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. The pool area also includes a hot tub (for a fee), a waterslide and a pool bar. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, crazy golf and golf. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as canoeing, catamaraning and diving. For a fee, guests can also enjoy windsurfing, sailing and snorkelling. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, squash, yoga and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: a sauna. A kids' club and live music are also options for entertainment.

Meals

Dining facilities include a non-smoking restaurant, a dining room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A delicious breakfast is an excellent reason to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests can order dishes à la carte or choose a set menu. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Resort grounds are so well maintained. Food and restaurants are wonderful. Pools are great. Staff so friendly and always tried to accommodate. Highly recommend the all-inclusive as it allows you to try everything and just enjoy anything you need whenever you like. We stayed in the interconnecting pirate room with kids (1 and 3) and that worked great for a bit of separation.     Staff are always awesome and friendly, disappointed in having to book lunch and dinner at all restaurants, especially being a family of 6 (this made it harder)With the all inclusive deal found lots of things not inclusive.     Grand Hyatt Bali , was fantastic ! The staff were welcoming right at the front curb to the gardeners who greeted switch a smile and a wave everyday . the Bali people were a stand out . Our suite was amazing and clean . The Gardens throughout the property were / are world class . the restaurants were fantastic , the food excellent and fresh ! pools were clean and always fresh laundered towels everyday in our room and by the pools .     We stayed 7 nights in room number 3201 from 25/4 until 2/5/2026. We love all inclusive package that they have offered with Luxury Escapes. We love to walk around the resort garden and greenery, fish pond and so on. They are looking after it so well. Love their pools and slide and I had so much fun. It was very nice and relaxing hWe stayed at the ocean view room and great size but it is quite dated but very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We would like to acknowledge Desi (Salsa Verde restaurant- host), she is very lovely and remembered my name and our room number from the second time she met us, Ariyanti (Salsa Verde restaurant), Mr.Ari (pool bar - very nice man, work very hard to keep everyone with their drinks and snacks), Sugi (Dining Reservation Helpdesk), Miss. Lily and Miss Wahyu (Kriya Spa) and Lucy (hotel receptionist). They made our trip was memorable and really stand out we can’t thank you enough for what they’ve done for us and other guests. We wish we could remember every single staff names, they were very fantastic. We are strongly recommend this 5 stars resort to any families or couples out there.
