Location

This luxurious hotel is located directly on the Tanjung Benoa peninsula, in the south of Bali, close to the pretty sandy beach. Those with a desire to do plenty of shopping, dining in restaurants or enjoying the entertainment options, are able to easily reach Nusa Dua with the regular shuttle bus, located around 2 km away. This location includes the tourist area with the most frequented region on the island. Nevertheless, it is able to preserve its separate cultural identity and allures, like the rest of the island, with its fascinating abundance of subtropical vegetation and enjoyable sightseeing attractions. In addition, there are plenty of Hindu temples or the legendary terraced rice paddies, which are not only worth visiting by culturally interested hotel guests. The transfer time to Ngurah Rai airport is around 20 minutes.

Facility

The resort has 4 lifts and features 307 rooms and 23 suites. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Rooms

Rooms feature a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and central heating ensure comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge, a tea/coffee station and a dishwasher. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. A variety of activities are available at the resort, for example bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, crazy golf, golf, archery and fishing or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking and tennis. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling and diving. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, canoeing and sailing. The complex offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments, spa treatments, thalassotherapy treatments, anti-ageing treatments and a solarium. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request.

    We had the most fantastic 5 days at the Grand Mirage Hotel Bali with our kids — honestly, we wish we had booked 10 days instead! From the moment we arrived, Bintang went above and beyond to make our check-in smooth and welcoming, and Kevin made our departure so lovely by wishing us well on our trip home. Their kindness and care really stood out.The resort had so many amazing activities for families that our kids were constantly entertained. They absolutely loved the turtle release, mermaid classes, and foam party! We didn’t even get the chance to use the kids club because there was already so much to do every day.Thank you to all the staff also Bagus for making our family holiday so memorable. We will definitely be back!

    Amazing experience at this beautiful resort although there were some inconveniences I still think they deserve 5 Stars. The food at the Bar was excellent although the quality dropped on some shifts of a certain chef and the room service was also a great option almost every time. The service overall is excellent and very friendly sometimes even too much as we saw a poor worker trying to tell off a woman that was smoking inside the infinity pool and the lady kept arguing back, he was so nice and sweet I felt sorry for the guy

    The hotel looks so beautiful!! The staff there is welcoming and friendly at all times.. The kids club is for kids older than 4 and we had to use their nanny services as our daughter is 3 years old. The receptionist by the name Ms Ari, at the kids club was so helpful and friendly. She recommended Ms Neko for their services and say no more! She was the best! Our daughter had so much fun while my husband and I had some adult time too. There is nothing heartwarming than coming back to your child with so much stories to tell mommy and daddy! She also gifted our child for her birthday. She updates and shares your child’s moments for the vacation. She creates memorable videos of your child as well! Ms Neko, thank you!Thank you for Mr Juni Arta for the towel arts and flower notes on our daughter’s bed! She loved every one of them!Thank you to all the hotel staff who made a stay so special.

    BUT what more can we say that we haven’t said in the previous posts in the past years, an incredible short trip again at the Grand Mirage Resort Bali, (APRIL 2026)!! The Grand Mirage Resort Bali has gone through some major renovations in the past 2 years which includes the introduction of the new Lazy Pool, total upgrades of all rooms - some pics attached.This would have to be one of the largest & best value resorts in the Nusa Dua area!! When planning your next holiday into Bali, check out their website for some amazing, all-inclusive package deals www.grandmirage.comI could not highly recommend this resort enough to family & friends that want to experience the peaceful and playful side of the island, boasting their own Spa & Beauty treatment area known as Thalasso Bali Spa, which caters for all your beauty & wellbeing needs.Both my wife & I are extremely happy repeat customers, very proud of the resort management team headed up by Fabian Anders GM & Senni Wayan Hotel Manager who have guided & influenced their staff in providing all customers with a very high standard of service, care & their attention to the finer details throughout the resort complex!! 100%!!!

    This place is fabulous my husband is not well and the staff went out of their way to help us. I visited the spa today and it is the best massage I have had. Shout out to Kusma for the fabulous massage. The stand out staff member is Poto Bagus who looked after husband so well around the pool.
