    terrible,would never stay there again,stained bedding,hole between air-con and roof,noisy adjoining room,never again.

    Very dissatisfied. Booked a double deluxe pool room, got a twin room, stained bedding, dripping aircon, 1 towel between 2 people, dispenser in shower broken, no bottled water provided. Paid for 4 nights stayed 1.Do not recommend. Cheap and run down. Only positive staff are very friendly.

    This is probably the worst place I have ever stayed.It was dirty, filthy and uncomfortable.The doors were difficult to lock. The bedding was stained. The walls hadn't been cleaned. The wifi and TV didn't work. The bathrooms were just disgusting. The breakfast was lamentable and the pool looked like it didn't have a filter that worked.Just don't it.

    Checked in initially for 2 nights in a twin room on the ground level (front older section) and despite a bit of a noisy air conditioner, the room had all I needed - hot shower, A/C, fridge, TV with movies and ABC channel,daily cleaning if required, and a kettle to make a morning cuppa. Have stayed here many times over the past few years and really good to see the pools remain sparkling clean, and the gardens are well kept.Can’t comment on breakfast,but plenty of food options nearby. Thanks to Eric and the reception staff for their assistance in getting me my room selections. Have now booked to come back for further nights after tripping around Bali.

    Its being renovated however weve stayed a few times here close to every where i need to go.great aircon,breakfast one room plus shower.love it here plenty of places to eat close by bars with great meals.EXCELLENT SPA GET IN EARLY TO BOOK FILLS,UP FASTsame price as on the street .They do reflexogy . I had a bad shoulder which need streoid injection asap when i got home. 2 visits finally fix.
