  If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I can also attest that all of those who wrote reviews of this place is true. 1. This place is extremely inaccessible and you would feel like you are living in a jungle. The tracks is not even a true road and no one wants to gojek you home or deliver food to you bcos the tracks are really bad. And each time someone accepts you, id feel really bad and obliged to tip more. 1 gOjek driver even openly asked for a tip bcos of how difficult this place is to get to.2. They serve you foc breakfast but the standard is inconsistent. They also get your orders wrong. Dont expect it to be yummy bcos it is either too salty or just sub par standard. But just order the foc breakfast anyway bcos u would have a hard time getting out 🤣3. Stayed here 4 days 3 nights. But you know what there was no water on the last night. THIS is the worst! We did not shower or brush teeth for 1 night and bcos i did not want the toilet to stink i did my biz downstairs bcos cannt even flush! 1 whole night no water and even up until the next day it wasnt fixed. There is many other issues with this place as i just wanted to indicate the top 3 issues i have. . There are so many villas in Ubud or Bali just dont pick this one and save yourself some angst

  My disappointment

  With a new developed villa, Green Fields Luxury Villa is not up to standard. This is the worst villa I did stay in Ubud. I would say it is even not up to 3-star standard. Please remove your word “Luxury” if you don’t improve the followings:-House keeping services-Toiletries goodies-Quality and variety of breakfast-Kitchenware-SPA facilities-Toilet drainage systemI could see the managements hasn’t been ready to provide the best services to clients. Since the location of villa is not the on the pro, the services should have given more than expected. However, I picked to be DISAPPOINTED/BELOW PAR. The staff are friendly but not flexibility. Finally, I would not recommend anyone to stay in this villa unless you need a quiet environment.

  We stayed here four nights and found it disappointing. It’s around 20 minutes fromCentre of Ubud in an isolated area at the end of a very long bumpy road. The room and facilities are worn with this being a newer property its disappointing. The food is terrible the worst we had in Bali. There are flaws such as no towel rail in the bathroom. No soap, bath wash or washers in the room. There are no rice fields to look over as shown in their website. They also are deceptive and masquerade as the Greenfield property in central Ubud - which is where we thought we were staying. On the plus most staff friendly, and a free shuttle service was provided

  Pathetic hotel and pathetic stay

  This hotel is an excuse of a hotel. Please remove luxury from your name. The staff is highly untrained and despite giving them reminders 5 times a single day, the job was not done. The property has massive water issues and you can stay without water for upto three hours. The breakfast is of really inferior quality and the cutlery smells. This hotel is more of a health and safety hazard. Please save your hard earned money and stay somewhere else. We booked for 5 nights but decided to leave @ four.

  Stayed here for a week and the staff and area was perfect. Quite and beautiful. It was a little hard to find the first day, but once there, the hotel had it's own taxi services and that made it much better. Breakfast was served in our villa as well. Private pool with a stunning view of the rice fields.
