  Very bad quality hotel, there beds are not clean and there are cockroaches all over the bathroom. better to soend the night in a hostel if you want cheap stuff. The pool is also dirty and even tough staff is nice, it is still not worth it.

  staff - friendly and helpfullocation - strategicly situated just next to the back entrance of Matahari Dept Store, so lots of shops and restaurants around the hotelroom - though old but very big and spacious, worth it considering the rate, location etc

  Spend a night at Hana before moving to somewhere else. Room was very dirty, stains were on the bed and the sheets. Bathroom was big but don't feel like taking a shower after looking at the condition of the bathtub. Did not try the swimming pool as it looks so milky. There are much better options elsewhere, this place needs a major makeover.

  Rooms are huge and high ceilings which means air conditioner is not going to be cool enough during hottest time of day. Best thing was large bathtub but u will be lucky to get anywhere near enough hot water if at all. Room 4 and likely others has gaping openings in the bathroom and some in the higher windows in room so all kinds of mosquitos can fly in and do unless u plug them with towels etc. and of course all means the air conditioner is going to leak and be even less cool - and no door to bathroom so u can't shut the problem off. Poor management all this time did not even address this huge problem - rather lazy and doesn't care. Room 4 weak internet signal Tv is rather small and does not even get hardly any english speaking channels. Good price for laundry compared to other hotels. Antiquated rather inconvenient doors and locks which came loose.

  quaint hotel in bustling kuta. our friends recommended this place and we had a great stay. friendly staff including the owners. nice pool view from the rooms and the water effects to calm u during the day. very very spacious rooms with facilities. they even provided us their dvd player when requested as the dvd s bought down the road didn't work in laptop. and the cute coffee shop serves a great cuppa. very conveniently located. matahari super market just next door and many cafés restaurants shops massage places etc all within walking distance! :) couldn't have asked for more! :) tks team
