    CONVENIENT, HELPFUL STAFFS AND LOVELY 24/7 CIRCLE K AT THE LOBBY

    Booked here for 3 nights at only AUD$120....it's an old Harris Hotel built in 2001 and during those years this must be THE hotel at Kuta? Arrived at 12:15PM and they checked me an early check in....the room 606 was so hot as it's facing the afternoon sun which later we asked if we can be relocated and relocated they did without any hassle (I guess during quite low season in Bali) to Room 625 which has a beautiful view to the pool, river and morning sun. We can walk to the Mall next door. They also have CircleK a small convenient store below which open 24/7 and they sell coffee as well and I asked if they can microwave my small food and they did it for me. Overall the service at the hotels is 5 Stars and smiles everywhere. Would I return: YES definitely because they are helpful. During my younger days I used to work for The Jakarta Mandarin (built 1998) and Hyatt Hotels.

    Front desk not friendly . Poor customer service.Kitchen & restaurant staff is not friendly. When I wanna get my dinner, I saw there is no table available due to many people on their chairs already. When I asking where I can have a sit, he ( forgot his name ) he said up to you sir ! Omg . If you dont have enough table, please give the solution. Then, I put my plate and go back to my room without something to eat.This is my first and last time will stay with you guys at HARRIS HOTEL GALERIA.

    The staff in the hotel are super friendly and helpful. It is a happy experience staying in this hotel. The conference hall came with reasonably good sound system, projection system, etc. the meals are good with a good varieties of Indonesian food. You can also take a short cut from the back of the hotel to a large shopping mall that provides good shopping and eating experience.

    As concept as Harris hotels is unique and eco friendly, effeciency checked in and warmth welcome from Ms. Ceni at reception, she shown of prefesional and friendly manner. Walked through the corridor I met with Vicky, I guess he is as housekeeping leader, and He is very helpfull to give me an assistance since I felt loss to get my room😀.Overall stay was wonderful, keep spirit and stay healthy for everyone.
