Location

The property is positioned in a well-known location for leisure and watersport lovers at Tanjung Benoa - Nusa Nuda. It also is just 5 minutes to the convention centres, Bali Collection, Museum Pasifika and Bali Nusa Dua Theatre, 10 minutes to Nusa Dua Beach, 30 minutes to Kuta Beach, 40 minutes to Uluwatu Temple and 75 minutes to Ubud. Facility

Guests have a choice of 17 junior suites, 104 single rooms and 53 double rooms located in a 5-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay.     This is a nice hotel like many other Ibis Style hotels. Not right at the seafront. Along a main road at Tanjung Benoa. There are adequate restaurants nearby within walking distance. The room was clean. Some aging signs in the furniture & deco, but generally they are still acceptable. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The convention centre was not too far away. I will consider staying here again next time.

    Stained bed sheets. I asked to replace it, they replaced with another stained bed sheet. this, 4 times in a row... brown stains, red stains, blue stains... the conclusion is that they don't have any clean bed sheets in this hotel.bed sheets are also to small to cover the disgusting mattress.the room smelled bad because of an issue with the bathroom.the gym is a joke.the swimming pool was good.

    I am a platinum member and came from a much more expensive hotel in Nusa Dua. I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Friendly welcome, nice bright room (family room upgrade). It’s an older hotel but everything is very clean, bright, and no maintenance issues. Fridge is cold and so is the aircon. Bed is comfy but it has a very small bottom sheet so it doesn’t tuck in. Restaurant is not open for dinner but bar snacks are available at reasonable prices however serving size is tiny. Breakfast was very disappointing for an Australian, only omelettes and toast for my taste. The rest is Asian choices. No meat or dairy is offered and only melon fruit offered. Breakfast is also very busy so you have to wait for a table. I have stayed at most Accor hotels in Bali and both Ibis Styles hotels are among my favourites and they are both amazing value for money. Customer service is also great and welcoming.

    We came as part of a multi centre holiday and stayed in three hotels this being the lowest rating and you could really tell.The hotel itself is ok it’s a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. The staff are lovely and very friendly could not fault them at all. Food and drink very reasonably priced, spa treatments a lot more expensive than you can find in the area but still very good value. However during our 6 night stay we had two huge school groups staying at the hotel who not only took over the bar and reception area, were extremely loud running up and down the corridors and very inconsiderate to other guests. We did complain but the resolution was to pop security outside our door with a really loud radio who didn’t stop the kids knocking on our door so really didn’t help. Absolutely no thought from management that they may want to even pop us a drink over to apologise for the inconvenience of being kept up for multiple nights or anything really other then they are checking out soon it’s fine it’s one more night but I’ll stick security outside your room. Other thing to be aware of was there seemed to be swim classes held at the pool, no issues with this lovely the children are learning to swim but would of liked to have been aware before as the children and their families take over the outdoor space. Wouldn’t stay again no fault of the Staff they are wonderful but I think the hotel needs to decide what it wants to be.
