    We had the most wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort Bali Nusa Dua to celebrate our son’s 2nd birthday. Everything was absolutely perfect and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. ❤️🥰All of the staff were incredibly hospitable, warm, and accommodating throughout our stay. A special mention to Ms. Diah for making all of our requests possible and for being so hands-on in the preparation of our son’s birthday. Huge thanks as well to Wari and Alex for taking such great care of us and assisting us throughout our son’s birthday celebration. Special thanks also to Dwi, who warmly assisted us during our check-in and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.The staff truly made this trip extra special and memorable for our family. We also really appreciated that they did not forget to greet us on our anniversary, which made our stay even more meaningful.Thank you for such an incredible experience.     The hotel had some wonderful activities, one of which was the morning walk. I joined the lovely instructor, Pal, for that walk. It was really enjoyable. He gave me some details about the place, which made the walk more interesting.

    We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Bali Nusa Dua and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort was very clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained, with a great atmosphere that made our family feel comfortable throughout our stay.What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality. I honestly do not remember the names of everyone we encountered, but every single staff member was genuinely kind, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. From the breakfast staff, to the Kids Club team where our daughter truly enjoyed spending her time, to the front office staff who even remembered my name — everyone made us feel valued and well taken care of.The service, ambiance, and overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we are very grateful for the memorable stay. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bali.

    We had a wonderful time at Holiday Inn Resort, the staff were very friendly and their was service fantastic. We especially loved doing the turtle release and helping the local turtle conservation. Gede and Pal thank you!
