    Very dissapointed with this hotel. First of all the noisy restroom fan that cannot be disabled, I couldn’t sleep half of the night. Second is a deposit that they want from you after check in and then at 6am when we were rushing for the airport someone was checking the room. They claim they found a dirty towel, and we must pay for it, the guy showed a long list of prices for damage, like a menu. Looked like it was a regular tactics and we also saw other reviews with same situation, using your rush for the flight. One last thing was a takeaway breakfast: raw bread and 2 cold boiled eggs. Better pay more and stay somewhere else.

    the worst service ever .. the system are very complicated seems like the staff hate me , altho i paid the room already , they like would not allow me stay easly lol.. very rude , i would never come back to this hotel.i now know why the hotel is good , the price is cheap but like no one stay in this hotel ..n i told to the staff , the service is worst.

    I stayed here with family over New Years. Even though it was super busy the staff were friendly, rooms were cleaned and there was fresh breakfast served. Good location, walkable distance to the beach, and has a nice view from the rooftop - great place to see the new years fireworks!

    After reading reviews I was unsure what to expect. We had a lovely 8 night stay here - staff friendly and helpful, room clean bed very comfy. Pool area nice and clean shame pool bar was not open. Roof bar open was nice to sit and chill. Location very good, near bars and restaurants. We went to grand mirage across the road to use there beach which was handy. We had a very good stay here and would truly recommend.

    O wow what a dump! Please stay anywhere else! The staff are rude, the room filthy, the hot water did not work and I did not feel safe. This place makes Fawlty Towers look like the Ritz! There is a pool with a swim up bar, but the bar was not open when I was there. Plus you have to share you cocktail with all the bugs and leaves in the pool. Apparently there is a rooftop bar. There is a rooftop, and I went there a couple of time. Never saw a bar up there. The hotel is back from the main road. You have to walk your way through the rats to get there. I told staff twice that the hot water was not working in my room before they fixed it. Please take my advice, stay anywhere else!
