    Small hotel with a happy vibe. Pool has easy access with a hand rail, much appreciated. Very friendly staff who do anything to assist. Restaurant being renovated so limited food available, breakfast is ordered at reception and brought very promptly to your terrace which has a table set up to dine.

    Hotel is short distance to the beach and shops and has lovely gardens but that is where the positives stop. The sheets were old and stained and did not fit the bed properly. The blanket and quilt cover were old and not clean. The rooms are old and tired with poor lighting. We booked 2 nights and stayed for 1 only.

    It was great value for the $. The location was good. Basic breakfast. Old style tradition Bali style decor. I would stay here again based purely on value. I would not include the breakfast as it’s basic and you could walk down the street to an array of places.

    We are finally back in Bali at the Palm Garden Hotel in Sanur and it is like returning home after a long absence. We are so pleased to see so many familer faces which the hotel has been able to keep during this period which is wonderful considering how hard it has been for the hotel over the last 3 yrsThe grounds and the rooms have all been kept up and it is like the same as our last visitSo if you are looking for a smaller more comfortable hotel within a short walk to the beach at a very reasonable price you should look at this hotel
