  I stayed at Belambra Les Estagnots and I must say I was disappointed by the accommodation. The accommodations are very old and badly lack modernity. At the same rate, the competition is clearly above – I had a much better stay at Belambra Les Tuquets, which offers more recent and pleasant services.However, I would like to congratulate the animators, who do their best and bring good energy to the stay.However, a renovation of the accommodation seems essential to get back up to standard, as well as the creation of a second more modern laundry and sea side, which would greatly improve the comfort of holidaymakers.   Simple comfort you pay at the beach

  We had a fantastic holiday last august, enjoyed the sea and surfing. The bungalows are very simple and the price for that alone would be super expensive. Around the huge holiday club with about 600 bungalows are many activities like tennis, ping pong, club programm etc. This we used a lot. The staff was very attentive and came immediately when something was broken. What I wish is more comfort at the bungalows like 2 private sunchairs, so you can just stay around the house. Please Belambra make this also for beach bungalows possible.   NOISE and horrible management

  Belambra...... you’re aware of the situation with the noise and “le tube” but you do not follow through with your promise to “find a solution or another room as soon as one became available. We have duly noted your comments so that we can assess the situation and identify opportunities for improvement.” You respond to all the people complaining with Promise customer service that is fake. We are still staying at the property, we have made you aware..... you have done nothing but tell us you “will call back”. Offered a 10% discount? Really. Our entire vacation is disrupted and you offer us 100€?   Very noisy appartements at the north. Loud music from external sources until 11:30 pm

  This large site is very well located close to the beach. However all appartements are not identical. We stayed in a duplex appartement at the end north of the site. 2 external noisy places are very close (50 meters for the Tube and 100 m for the Taureau piscine Labat) deliverying loud music and speakers several nights per week (3 nights duing our stay). One night the music was so loud that we have to leave our terrasse.Difficult in those conditions then to manage the surf lessons at 9am with the kids.   Good but could be fantastic

  The location is superb- minutes walk over a dune to get to a fabulous beach. I had been worried (from reviews) that there would be noise at night - in fact the site was very peaceful. There was beach volleyball, tennis court, pétanque area and small pool on site - all other activities were across the road at the Pinede site, which suited us as we enjoyed the quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good, although I had to unblock someone else’s hair to prevent the house from flooding. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of room, although there were only 2 of us in a studio for 3-5 as we wanted a proper bed, rather than a sofa bed. What really let the place down for us was a lack of good restaurants within easy walking distance and a complete lack of comfortable seating. The ‘fully equipped terrace’ had a plastic table and some hard plastic stools. A couple of deck chairs would have made a huge difference.
