    Old and need to improve

    This is very old hotel. Hotel staff is well experienced and genuinely very polite and hospitable. The rooms are large with spacious balcony facing wide grass/garden. However the Good things end there.Reservation team did not make any effort to reply our special request. We book the hotel almost 3 weeks in advance and we text them 3 times and still no reply. We were celebrating our 33rd Wedding Anniversary. The hotel did not give any response on our text. (we prefer to hear "NO" we can not provide you... rather than no response)We were assigned in a coverted king bed. Hotel claims the original bed was Hollywood style, but to our surprise our beds were coverted of 2 x 120 width bed, hence the bed become very wide and the sheet failed to cover the bed tidily.The wall in our room was visibly moldy in many corners.AC was visibly leaking, at first we thought it was condensation, but it is not. Actually it is a real leaking. We choose not to turn AC to avoid our floor become wet due to overnight leak. We choose to turn on exhaust fan so that fresh air can enter the room more to cool it.Ceiling was covered with rattan/bamboo which also has black stain of mold. Linen was very old and tired. Floor was dusty hence we wear our own slipper inside room.Breakfast venue was very old and visible tired furniture in almost all area. Chair cover was very lousy. Basic selection was provided on the buffet.This hotel definitely need to raise their game if they want to survive. Otherwise a total makeover is needed for the property both the building and also the mentality of their staff. A lot of newer, smaller, cheaper hotel provide much better than what we get from Inna Sindu.Sorry Sindu, we did not made any complaints during stay, we do not want any compensation whatsoever, but as a hotelier myself, you need to improve urgently. Or you will be left behind.

    Nice hotel on beach front, great for restaurants and Icon Mall. Our room was big, bed was comfy. As you got closer to the bathroom the decor looked dated. The bathroom definitely needed updating, nothing further required.Gardens well maintained and cleaned. BreAkfast was good with omelettes and bacon cooked to order. Top for the toaster, it's 3 times to toast

    Don't bother. It's nothing like the photos. Sunbeds near beach all ripped. Rubbish and I mean lots of piles of rubbish next to sunbeds on beach. Breakfast... . Well what a total dirty fly ridden waste of time. Got up at 08.30am and hardly anything left on the buffet.Don't expect to relax around the pool as kids and parents walking back and forth to the VERY noisy play school for up to 9 year Olds. It's rundown throughout with broken tiles in the room and bits coming of the stairs. Wifi not great.Kettle won't switch off.
