Location

The hotel is located in the exclusive neighbourhood of Jimbaran Bay on Bali's southern coastline about 10 minutes’ drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 418 rooms located in a 4-storey main building and 6 auxiliary buildings. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and a fan ensure comfortable indoor temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A kids' club and live music are also options for entertainment.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and picnics are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Intercontinental Bali resort. The hospitality and the generosity is heartwarming as well as consistent. Gusna has been such an accommodating staff member. I really enjoyed his warm greetings and polite conversation every morning at breakfast. If I visit Bali again, I will certainly stay here. If feels like a home away from home.

    Today we joined Kinyobi Izakaya event. I was surprised variety of food and drinks available, the food was delicious, and the drinks are highly recommended. We were looked after by our waitress, Sonia, and her team—she was incredibly friendly and served us with a smile. Thank you🥰

    Amazing hotel in every respect. Have had wonderful interactions with staff at the lobby housekeeping, restaurants, poolside, beachfront and activity center. People like Marco have made our stay wonderful. Marco is so friendly and helpful and so nice to talk with! We love it here. Would love to come back.

    Love this resort, don’t want to leave.. Thank you so much to Dicky, Angga and Tarina for such personalised loving service. In such a huge resort they went above and beyond for our family with no request being too difficult, even for the kids. We can’t wait to return, and will be counting down the days until we can visit again! Thanks again team ❤️
