    I stay at this hotel early December 2025. The location is very good, at Raya Kuta, surrounded by souvenir shops and restaurants. The check in process was very fast, the reception asked 50k for room key deposit which would be returned at the time of check out. The room was a little bit old, but still OK. No toothbrush provided, only soap bar, 2 towels and 2 bottled water. The air conditioner was working well. Room size is OK. My room was not include breakfast, but I can find breakfast easly at surrounding restaurants. This hotel also provide 2 1.5 litre water bottle for sale in the room. Check out process was smooth, the key deposit was return at the time of check out.

    When I first entered the room, it felt a bit damp and not very clean.     This Hotel is closest to Airport and many small local restaurants nearby. The staffs are very helpful. Semara who handled me at checked out time very helpful. I got room with garden view which is absolutely stunning. Hotel is clean. As a budget hotel I guess this hotel very high recomended

    Now why would the reviews & pictures on Trip.com lie like that! I booked this hotel & turned right back around to go back to the one i came from. It smells moldy, the walls in my room are stained, the headboard had pieces of wood showing from the paint coming off, no fridge, no pool, no restaurant. The air sucks so bad in the room i was in. Needs to be updated! The pics on trip look nothing like this hotel

    Booked this place for a night stay last minute due to its proximity to DPS airport since I needed a place to sleep before I could check-in to an upscale resort in Uluwatu. I wish I haven't.While staff are good and friendly, the place itself is not good. I was totally shocked and awed by the room especially noting I was exhausted by a long haul flight and long immigration queues in the airport. The room was extremely unclean and left in unhygienic conditions. The sheets were dirty with visible stains, the towels were smelly and water sink was clogged. There were no amenities whatsoever.I under that this is a budget hotel but I believe hygienic standards can't be "on a budget" post-pandemic. Keeping rooms clean and hygienic must be a top priority for any hotel no matter its star rating.I would not be recommending this place.
