    This property may have been half decent 10 years ago. It is absolutely disgusting and dirty terrible place should be banned

    We recently stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, myself husband & 2 sons. We found the place to be great, set in a quiet st, but a very small walking distance to a much busier street and walking distance to double 6 beach. Enjoyed the free breakfast each day that was included in our stay, small and simple kitchen, but other than breakfast we didn’t use the kitchen (not when there is so much good food to be eaten elsewhere), mini bar drink prices were great. Atleast one of us swam in the pool everyday. Aircon’s worked great, bathrooms and bedrooms clean and tidy. Overall, was great value for money, and we enjoyed the location. We would definitely stay again if we were planning a Bali trip.     Decent rustic villa

    We booked a 2 rooms villa with a small (L-shaped) pool, rustic design, outdoor bathroom, wooden doors, stoned walking path. Simple kitchenPretty comfortable place to stay, drinks and beers charges are reasonable (as compared to other hotels)Staffs are very friendly and attentive, personally I like the whatapps assist, able to get reply almost immediately.My wife and son tried the massage, they were satisfied, reasonable price tooLocated in an alley where you can find lots of other viliias in the same regions, short walk to the main street and beachesOverall, good 3 nights stay..     We stayed here as a family of 8, booked 3 x two bedroom villa's for a 2week stay, absolutely loved it here, staff were absolutely lovely. Our villa's were great couldn't really complain about anything,only complaint would be it didn't have a toaster (so no vegemite on toast) lol.Air con worked really well, shower was great nice and hot.I've read some of the reviews about jas and some were not good, yes it's not new but honestly its fantastic value for money, we would definitely stay here again.     We had a good stay at Jas Boutique Villas. It is centrally located close to Bintang Supermarket and a 10 minute walk to the beach.Staff were all very friendly and check in was a breeze.Villas are lovely. The bathroom was a beautiful outdoor space. There was an outdoor bath next to a fountain. The little plunge pool was fantastic after a long day exploring Bali. We loved the sun bed too, great for relaxing. The only thing that really let this villa down was the mattress - it was very old, it sagged in the middle and is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. If this was replaced, it would have been full marks from me.
