    Staff are great to deal with. Pools are secluded. Room service available. Quite at nightime. 9 minute walk to semiyak square.

    Definitely I will come back to Jas Villa Seminyak again next year. I like evry single thing about this place. The room are clean the staff in Jas Villas are amazing. The restaurant is so good. Evry morning I get breakfast in the room. Unbelievable.

    The pictures shown on their website and here is a false depiction from the actual condition of the property. This property is poorly maintained and the cleanliness is completely trash. After I had checked in, I immediately noticed the difference between what was advertised and what was in front of me. For starters, there is a used water bottle left behind from the last guest in the fridge. The floor towel which was supposed to be white is grey. Stains and water spots all over mirrors. Moreover, the amenities provided in the bathroom was used. Paint chips all over the property. When I raised these complaint to the front desk, they offered another room which was the same condition after I toured it. Then they offered me to stay at their sisters property 10 minutes away. I asked them if the condition is the same as this one since I obviously can’t trust anything I see online from them. The lady said “I cannot guarantee condition of the property”. Then I told them I’d like cancel my reservation, they told me I’ll need to pay for my full stay. Still to this day, they refused to refund me my money. Absolutely horrible business practice. It is also important to note that this place is tucked away in one of the streets down an alley. Not a short walk to the main road either. The grab driver that dropped us off from the airport had a hard time finding this place. When we waited for a grab to pick us up, we also had issues with people finding us and end up waiting a long time. Overall a bad property to stay at.     Stayed at this Villa back in 2017 and loved it. When I returned, I was so shocked at the 360 degree turn because it's so run down. So many mosquitos, flies (other villas I stayed in don't have much flies!), lizards are literally like everywhere and worst, cockroaches! WiFi is so lousy. TV has limited channel. We're just lucky we're there for 2 nights and couldn't even wait to check out. Super mental torture. The only thing that we love is the aircon so this deserves 1 star only. Will never return. Since they're so many villas now, can use that money for other villas that's renovated or new or near to main road.
