Location

This resort is located in Ubud, approximately 20 km from the beach.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Rooms

    First the good things. Staff are super friendly and generally speak good english. 10min or so to the Canton fair complex. That’s all the good things. It’s downhill from here. No lobby bar so after a long day there is nowhere to unwind except your room. Little seating in the lobby. Lobby toilets have no toilet paper, and no toilet roll holders, so you have to bring your own toilet paper or go back to your room - in the very slow lifts. Lobby and toilets wreak of cigarette smells. Internet very slow and often cuts off, best to hot-spot off your phone. Good location if you are attending Canton Fair complex but thats it; no restaurants or bars in any walking distance. If u are staying on vacation best to book hotel in the city, otherwise only food option is hotel food, which is easily the worst ‘5 star’ buffet’s in GZ, and we’ve been to a few. Or taxi in to the city in the often clogged roads. No pool. Rooms aren’t too bad, a bit worn out but you get what you pay for, decent size. No room service menu’s on the room. Beds a bit hard but i dont mind that. Daily room service. Very slow check in and check out process. 40mins to the airport. If location to the Canton fair complex is high on the list then this hotel is perfect, other than that, it has nothing going for it

    During our trip to canton fair (april 2025) we stayed at the Soluxe hotel. We had a very nice experience, Young helped us excellent with our booking and pick up/drop off service from and to the airport. We have found all staff very friendly and trying to assist in any way. House keeping was excellent, swim clothes i put on the bath tub to dry, hung to dry on hangers when i returned to the room later on the day. Brought some laundry in the morning, when i returned to our room at 1600 it was allready back in the wardrobe. If my rating would be staff only it would be a 5+stars the only reason it is not a 5 star is because the hotel can use some new flooring in the rooms and Solux café, like the pool there are a few things that can use a updated. Even so i probebly will stay here next time we are in guangzhou for business

    We visited this hotel as we were attending a trade fair in Guangzhou, the location in proximity to the trade show was excellent. There were some decent restaurants and shops within walking distance to the hotel. The hotel had some really good restaurants but no bar which was a bit odd.

    This hotel was very nice, clean, and accommodating. It was close by the subway, shopping, and other tourist attractions. There was always staff on site who were fluent in English. I lost my atm card during my stay in China and one of the male managers at the front desk even offered to loan me some money until my return trip to China! A+++

    Very decent hotel, with a good view to the river and canton tower at least from the 41 floor, where our rather big room and large bathroom. Coffea and tea in room, nice bathrobes and safe in room. Wifi was so so but worked. Breakfast is quite full with lots of choices and there are several resturants in the hotel but must say they are expensive but food is not bad.Hotel is not close to old center, took us about 30 minutes to shamai island by taxi and more the a hour to airport.
