Location

The resort is located about 5 km from the famous Kuta and Berawa beaches and around a 10-miunte drive from the Legian shopping streets. Denpasar is approximately 8 km and it is a 15-minute drive to Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Facility

Privacy and a pleasant ambience set the 7 villas/houses apart. At the air-conditioned resort, guests are welcomed in the lobby with -hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service. Bicycle storage is also available. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan ensure comfortable indoor temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the king-size bed. A safe and a desk are also available. A kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station is also provided as standard. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Other features include a telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge). A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub.

Sport

A dip in the refreshing outdoor pool is not to be missed. Even on grey days, guests can always go for a swim in the indoor pool. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. With snorkelling or, for a fee, water skiing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, catamaraning and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. The wellness offerings at the resort include a spa, a sauna and massage treatments. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant with a smoking area, a breakfast room and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast guarantees a great start to the day. Lunch is served as à la carte, and guests can choose between a buffet and a set menu for dinner. The resort also offers special catering options.

    Our stay at this villa was absolutely wonderful! The villa itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly professional, always attentive, and made sure everything was spotless and in order. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, who was extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience!

    Okay - immediately cancelled booking with Agoda upon arrival . Not what it appears in photos . Manager at desk didn’t disagree and we were both on the phone getting our money refunded . Sorry for not getting photos, but trust me when I say stay away until it’s renovated and fixed up

    AVOID AT ALL COST. WORST HOTEL EVER.

    The state of the private villas is very poor (rusty tap, cracked floor, broken doors, stained toilet seat, stained curtains, stained mattress). The state of the entire hotel is even worse (green water in the main pool, broken sun deck, broken pathways, dog poo, bags of cement at every corner). We were supposed to stay four nights but checked out after the second one and were not refunded our money of course. The private villas are infested with mosquitoes. The breakfast is really poor and not even included in the price. Stray animals hanging around the villa. The general vibe makes you feel like you are staying in an abandoned construction site. The only pros are the staff trying their best to hide the misery and the quietness of the location. The worse is probably that we paid three times the price we paid in 2019…

    We had stayed here in 2018 and loved the place but sadly a bit run down now and felt deserted.Kept very clean but toilet seats were a bit stained as was the bathtub. Closet doors in bedroom did not open without force, one extra hangar only.Lovely space, generous and king bed very comfortable, AC in bedroom worked very well and wifi was very good. Loved the downstairs lounge area out of the sun.Limited choice for dinner and breakfast but food was good and inexpensive.Really helpful people and tried very hard to solve little issues for us (toilet broken, pool needed cleaning, needed more soap, wanted water cooler)Pool area - wood decking at one end needs fixing. Lots of loose boards.Very friendly and they are trying to get back to a certain standard. No paying by credit card, cash or transfer only - should have been told that ahead I would think.Hope tourists and local come back and help rebuild a lovely place.

    COULD NOT SLEEP BECAUSE OF GUESTS DOGS BARKING DAY AND NIGHT

    Avoid this place if you are looking for tranquillity. The villa right next door to us had 2x little dogs (the worst) barking DAY AND NIGHT NON STOP! We asked the management, the staff and the guest themselves to at least put them inside or do something about it. No one cares… we didn’t sleep for the entire stay.
