  Oasis in Marrakech - Would book again!

  What an oasis!! Dar Zaman is a respite of quiet, calm, and beauty in Marrakech. Well located within walking distance of everything in the Medina while being out of the busy city center. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. We especially loved the Moroccan tea class with Hamza! The terrasse room was perfect for a couple's getaway. Would book again!

  A beautiful Riad

  Everything about this Riad is absolutely beautiful. The communication upon booking and leading up the our trip was fabulous. Peter sent us recommendations of places to visit/book, organised an evening meal for us & gave us great information about visiting during Ramadan. Upon arriving in Marrakech, we were greeted by staff member Hassan who walked us to the Riad and reassured us that he would helps us to remember/navigate our way round the streets (they can be quite confusing!). In the Riad, we were greeted with Moroccan Mint Tea, Hassan illustrated a printed map for us with directions to, from & around our Riad, and gave us lots of recommendations of Map.Me. Our room was beautiful, as was the terrace & all other areas of the Riad. We were so surprised at how quiet (literally silent!) the Riad is despite being so close to the busy souks. Breakfast each morning was absolutely wonderful & our dinner on the Monday evening was just as wonderful.All of the staff members are so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning!

  Brilliant place to stay

  We stayed in the Riad this week and loved it, the staff was fantastic and veryHelpful in sorting our return transfer & boarding passes, the riad is lovely and clean, the breakfast each morning was fantastic and we Looked forward to it each morning, if travelling back to Marrakesh I would definitely come back to Dar Zaman.

  Wow! An incredible stay

  We’ve just got back from the most incredible stay at Riad Dar Zaman. If you’re looking for a stay in Marrakesh this is the place you need to book. My partner booked this for my 30th birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. He had communication with the Riad prior to our arrival who sorted our transport from the airport and our evening meal that night. Hassane met us from our taxi and took us to the Riad directly. From there he showed us to our room, after we settled in he went through a map of the area showing us where to go and how to get around, he gave us great tips and we were also given mint tea which was delicious. The food in the Riad was some of the best I’ve eaten, the staff were all amazing and some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, it was so clean and it had everything we could have needed. We’re already looking to book again in the near future but I can’t recommend this place enough! A real gem, tucked away in a quiet residential area with so many lovely restaurants and souks on the doorstep. I also can’t recommend Mythic Orient Spa enough for a hammam and couples massage which is a 10 minute walk away.

  Great Riad with wonderful staff

  Had a wonderful stay, this Riad located in mostly residential area, gave us a feel for the real Marrakesch. Peter, Hassane, Karima and the team were very welcoming, informative and freindly. We thoroughly enjoyed the cooking lesson that included a walk around the area. We thought the Riad was in a great location as it was an easy 20 min walk through the souks to the main square. Hassane was so helpful and provided us with invaluable information. Nothing was too much trouble for him. It was a real joy meeting everyone at the Riad
