    The rooms downstairs looked really good but shame we got a room on the second floor and it was horrific. Not clean at all, stinky pillows, horrific tiny bathroom (God only knows when was the last time they cleaned it), mouldy smelly A/C, the guys at the reception were not so friendly. Cheap price, cheap quality.

    i stayed here for my trip at Bali, it is cheap for the room rate but it doesn’t provide good service. The staff is not friendly and the breakfast it only provides 4 menu and definitely not worth the price that has been given. It’s terrible experience to stay here.

    Nous étions à cet hôtel durant la fête du Nyepi et les repas étaient horribles. Ils nous ont servi du poulet cru et étaient très bêtes à ce nous. Mauvais service.They served us uncooked chicken and were very rude when we asked them to change the plate. The waiters were rude the whole time. I don't recommend it.

    Good value for money! But beware the bathroom was full of mould and smelt extremely bad. Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. But the rooms and bathrooms need some attention as really let the place down.

    I have good experience in Kuta while I stay in Jesens. Very good room and cheap. All the staff are very friendly especially the sales marketing man, Gusde. He is very kind and helpful. I stayed for 1 month and the people are very kind. For sure I will stay again in Jesens. Very recommended.
