  I took my family here as my only daughter was getting married roughly 600 metres away. Picked up in a mini from airport 3 adults plus 3 suitcases. We did not fit. Needed a taxi also. We arrived at the car park where we were staying to a very old and not well maintained home. Windows not closing so mosquitoes were living with us with no netting. Day one and we have no wifi, no television plus no electricity shortly after arriving. Every time i wanted to speak to Sari who was living out the back was being screened by her cleaner who did not understand english. First night there was constantly kept awake by barking dogs and roosters plus customers of the restaurants nearby across the car park. As i had already paid thought hopefully things would improve on day two. Still no television plus no internet. I needed the internet to contact my daughter regarding preparations. Still Sari would not come to help me. Take the money and run she did. I had no choice but to try and find alternative accommodation of which i did. No refund was offered to me plus still waiting on her to ask where i was. Conditions was disgusting. I usually love Bali however Sari and her lack of communicating plus below standards accommodation has changed my mind. DO NOT STAY HERE. You will be ripped off

  Reservation cancelled 3 days before arrival

  The management cancelled the pool villa only 3 days before arrival due to renovation work (we had booked many months before). So we had to look for a new accommodation for a family of 4 in high season at short notice. No other solution was offered. The management is very poor in communication. You receive no answer to your emails and whats apps or very late. Also when I tried to book an Airport transfer first long time no answer then the car was in the garage. I would not recommend to stay there. It also looks very damaged from the outside.

  Place looks nothing like the images. Images are gorgeous and got our attention. Do not believe what you see. Pool area muddy and filthy, no grass to be seen or clean surface (covered in swept mud on our arrival).Arrive to chemicals dripping from ceiling in all upstairs bedrooms and to a horrendous smell throughout every room downstairs. Place very dirty.We could not stay our allocated nights needed to immediately find alternate accommodation.We were promised an immediate refund that took months (only returned when our booking agency interveneved). Even the poor garden/maintenance man was rubbing his eyes from the fumes and smell, he seemed to be the only apologetic staff member.Been travelling to Bali for 12+ years and have never experienced service or accommodation like it.

  Can not get hold of the owner who şems to run the place from a distance..there is only a driver who trier to the best on his own..definetely No swimingpool..but a lot of stairs hard to climb.. we could only stayed for a night as we tried to cancel for our 4 day reservation...all these screwed our day all together..

  One Bedroom Villa Review.

  Okay. I am going to be totally fair This is a review of the three story one bedroom villa only. I have no knowledge of the other two residences on this property.I want tripadvisor to read this review because we relied on them when we made the decision to go here. No effort has been made to show which pictures belong to which residence. The villa is old and run down The bathroom is nothing more than added on outhouse. Very amateurish construction. TripAdvisor did not show it.You virtually shower over the toilet. That is if there is enough water to shower. My 20 year old cat has a better water flow. The garden and plants are 90% dead. See pictures.The third story obviously does not get cleaned. The ceiling is falling to bits and it litters the floor. Cannot upload pictures because TripAdvisor says they are too small.Main bedroom smells. Obviously there are leaks. No pictures of the musty smell but it is significant.The owners and staff are lovely.We will never be going back.We paid for a week and stayed 4 days.
