Jimbaran Bay Beach Resort and Spa offers a pleasant and comfortable stay with a strong emphasis on Balinese hospitality. The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages, as it is just a short walk from Jimbaran Beach, making it ideal for guests who want to enjoy beautiful sunsets and fresh seafood dining by the shore.The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that ensure a relaxing stay. Many guests appreciate the rooftop pool and bar, which provide a great spot to unwind while enjoying panoramic ocean views. The breakfast selection is fairly varied, offering both local and international dishes, though some guests feel it could be improved in terms of variety and consistency.Service is generally friendly and attentive, with staff who are willing to assist with requests and provide recommendations. We booked 6 rooms we were a group of 12. The staff were friendly and helpful. Genuine readiness to help.The hotel itself is old and in need of a serious makeover. Linens old and almost rag liked. Got sheets changed one day and came in to see a big red stain on it which they call clean!During our say 6 if us got really sick from the food.. flies in the food.. had to call the doctor for IV drip. Could see rats running at night into the dining area.When you tell them to do the rooms they dont even mop the floor.. stains left on the floor for 11 days we stayed there. Same mop that mops the hallways get used into the rooms. Not a 4 star standard for sure. Plates and bowl cracked and still get utilised for guests… donyou have sn idea how many bacterias in cracked kitchenware?Seriously wouldnt recommend at all.Breakfast buffet really bad..

Very complicated hotel. Drinking water in a room must only 2 bottle. If you thirsty must buy or die. Year 2025 still like this?

The location is amazing, literally across the street from the beach... we could hear the waves crashing to shore from our room. The room is comfortable but lacks a bit of authentic Indonesian charm. They only provided a small amount of drinking water each day so needed to supplement with our own supply. The breakfast buffet is expensive so we opted to eat out away from the hotel restaurant. The hotel has its own seafood place on the beach.. the food was OK but the location was spectacular! The lobby and pool are nice and have some comfortable places to lounge. Highly recommend a small, local place called Warung Meranggi for amazing nasi goreng... the restaurant, which is a short walk from the hotel... it isn't much to look at but the food is delicious! Also recommend a walk down to the fish market for all sorts of sights and smells!

Best value for the price. Staff is very nice & polite. It's in the quieter area of Jimbaran Bay. But walking distance bustling restaurants on the beach. Rooms are OK. Nice, not great. The hotel itself does not have any entertainment. Beautiful roof top bar. But boring. Breakfast buffet is OK. If you are staying here more than 2 days, you will see the same menu. Manager DIDI is a very nice gentleman. If you need anything to be addressed, go talk to him. All & all good stay.
