Clean hotel in small town

In smaller towns you usually don't have a great selection of hotel options. Of all the ones in Hazlehurst, this is probably the best. This hotel was a former Holiday Inn Express and the rooms are still clean and in decent shape. Mattress was actually quite comfortable. Not a lot of breakfast options, but adequate. Small lobby and dark front desk area. Overall, not a bad place.

The hotel was,"Ok" but the front desk is very helpful. This Hotel was one of three and the best in my opinion. The only problem was they had no elevator so, we lugged up and down two flights of stair's. Quality for the money, quiet and they serve breakfast.

One night stay was very pleasant. Comfortable beds, gym facilities, outdoor pool. The view from the road didn't inspire confidence but we were pleasantly surprised once we had checked in. Very friendly staff. No coffee or tea making facilities in room but coffee available at check-in lobby. Well stocked breakfast with lots of choice. I would suggest rooms at the back are best if you seek peace and quiet. Not much choice for restaurants but the one we picked across the main street was very good.

Clean nice rooms, but I thought the rate was a little high for the area. This was a very small town with limited choices as far as hotels were concerned. There wasn't a lot to choose from in the way of restaurants either.

Thank you! Thank You! Thank You! Our family just want you to know what a wonderful refuge you offered us during our stay of 4 days. We had to leave our home in Savannah, Georgia due to Hurricane Matthew. We were blessed to have been able to stay at Western Inn and Suites in Hazlehurst, Georgia. The entire staff were very nice and hospitable. The rooms were very clean and kept clean by the staff and had EVERYTHING that we needed. The breakfasts served everyday were delicious. Again, THANK YOU for being our home away from home during this chaotic time in our lives.
