This bungalow complex is located in the heart of Ubud, with a number of tourist activities on its doorstep, including Ubud Monkey Forest and Ubud Palace and Market. The hotel is within a 45-minute drive of Bali International Airport.

Facility

The bungalow complex has a lift and features 20 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available. Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. The pool complex guarantees comfortable swimming with its soothing salt water and 12 indoor and outdoor pools. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the complex offers cycling/mountain biking. Sport and leisure facilities at the complex include a gym, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a dining room and a bar. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A continental breakfast gives guests many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte or choose a set menu. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The complex also offers special catering options.

    My granddaughter age 16 and I had an excellent stay at KaJaNe Mua. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, friendly, and always willing to assist with any request.The restaurant was outstanding, with both breakfast and afternoon tea included, offering a great selection of delicious food and beverages. Our room was kept spotless and was cleaned twice daily, which was greatly appreciated and added to the overall comfort of our stay.The laundry service was also excellent—efficient, professional, and delivered with great care.One of the best aspects of the property is its location. It is within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, cafés, shops, and local attractions, yet it remains a peaceful hidden oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The tranquil atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.Overall, KaJaNe Mua provided exceptional service, comfort, and attention to detail. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

    Amazing Experience with wonderful staff and service! The property is very beautiful with a small stream inside the property along with lush green trees around. The spa was amazing! The restaurant included a wide variety of breakfast! Kind and generous staff! Would come back again

    We had an amazing 3 night stay here, thank you. The Staff were extremely friendly & so helpful. The hotel is beautiful, lovely pool, great room. We didn’t have a meal here but the breakfast was exceptional, loads of choice & all completely fresh. A gentleman who seemed to be a solo traveller was also served a birthday cake & made a fuss of at breakfast which we thought was wonderful. The hotel is in the perfect place, not in the busyness of the main streets, but has copious amounts of restaurants, shops, market shops, pharmacy’s on the door step & is within walking distance of everything. Temple, palace, ridge walk, monkey forest. Very clean & friendly atmosphere. The hotel in general is very quiet, I think the walls must be a tad thin as we could hear quite a bit & were conscious ourselves to be quiet.     lovely spot in Ubud. 10 min walk to most restaurants/shops. Two bedroom villa was ace. Quite clean and comfy. Excellent service as well.     Beautiful and serene

    We arrived at kjane mua and had booked a garden suite. My friend has mobility issues with her knees and they automatically offered to change our room to one with less stairs. The staff are very attentive and accomodating. The suite rooms are very large with comfortable big beds and massive bathroom with bath tub. We had a shared pool (with 1 other room). Breakfast was good and they do free afternoon tea everyday as well as yoga class once a week. The gardens and pools are lovely, it’s a very peaceful and relaxing vibe. The location is perfect, very close to everything.
