    We recently stayed at Voyager Belek Golf and Spa for a family holiday with my wife and our 2-year-old daughter, and overall it was a memorable trip.Before arriving, the communication was excellent. Inci Lewicki was incredibly helpful and attentive, assisting with everything from arranging flowers for my wife to securing all our à la carte restaurant bookings. That level of organisation made a real difference before we even arrived.Check-in, however, was a weak point. We waited around 45 minutes, which wasn’t ideal after travelling with a young child. That said, once we reached our Duplex Villa, everything changed. The villa itself was fantastic, spacious, well-designed, and perfect for a family. Our daughter loved having the extra room to move around, and the housekeeping team did a great job throughout our stay.Food-wise, we found breakfast at the 24-hour restaurant to be much better than the main restaurant, with a stronger selection and a more relaxed feel. Service across the resort could be a bit slow at times, but when staff were engaged, they were excellent and delivered great service.The entertainment facilities were a highlight, especially the games room with the arcade, bowling alley, and consoles. It was a big hit with our daughter. The à la carte restaurants, particularly the Teppanyaki, Turkish, and steak options, were absolutely worth it and delivered high-quality meals.The spa and treatments are great! I would recommend the traditional Thai massage and the hamam! The pools were a bit mixed. Only one was heated, and as the weather wasn’t particularly hot, the others were quite cold. On the plus side, poolside service was very good, and there was a wide selection of all-inclusive drinks, snacks, and ice creams. The aqua park was another standout, especially since its pool was heated, making it much more enjoyable for our daughter.If there’s one consistent area for improvement, it would be attentiveness. Service can feel a bit inconsistent at times. That said, we do travel frequently to Dubai, so we recognise our expectations may be higher than average in that regard.Checkout was similar to check-in, a bit slow and lacking efficiency. But when you look past those moments, the overall stay was genuinely enjoyable.We would definitely return. The villa, facilities, and overall experience made it a great family holiday.     15th Visit and sadly will be our last.

    I have left this review a while as I think if I had done it as soon as I left I would have given 1 star.Had at least 15 visits and we went in March 2025 and was disappointed but hoped it would be a one off so gave it a go at Christmas for a week and sadly this is us saying goodbyeLots of changes have happened over the years and not for the better.. staff hardly talk and look scared of management that are always hovering and it’s not really comfortable as a guest when your trying to relax and suits are everywhere staring Managers don’t take anything you say on board so much so that a couple of years ago I mentioned to them that the soup in the Italian that they had marked as vegetarian wasn’t as it was made with Chicken stock.. as a strict vegetarian this angered me and when I told them they just shrugged there shoulders.. however they have now changed this one but if you look at the lentil soup that’s on offer right now in the 24 its stated as vegetarian yet states Fish… this ISNT vegetarian and looking at the ingredients it’s the Worcester sauce that prevents this ever been vegetarian. This is disgusting that a 5 star hotel can get the basics so wrong and so misleading. It’s not a cheap hotel at all and to do this over and over again just isn’t acceptable. I feel that my beliefs have been violated and the trust for me is gone. Obviously for non vegetarians this probably isn’t a big issue and I would say if it’s your 1st time going here you would love it but as someone who’s been going for 10 plus years it’s sadly fallen down in lots of areas while the price continues to increase. We were booked for March 2026 and actually cancelled as I cannot justify the price and lack of service and standards Now on to some actual points that I feel need attention ~ Food. Luke warm and not the choice there used to be. Nothing works together for example they will have meat (there is meat eaters in my family) and there will be no vegetables or anything that goes with it, just random bland food. ~ service . Apart from a couple of great staff and they know who they are the rest are pointless. Hardly ever get a drink order correct or delivered to you. Can wait 40 mins for a simple drink yet they also don’t like you going to the bar to get it yourself so it’s a lose lose situation ~ cleaning. Sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn’t but definitely not the previous voyage standard ~ accessibility- poor. Steps every where in bars so wheelchair users cannot even socialise with anyone in a group and according to management ramps were going to be added 2 years ago and so far I saw one on the outside so if you want to seat in the the indoor bars toughDangerous pool- the adults pool is just a death waiting to happen. The floor is ridicules and people always slipping including my family members and again do the management care… nope and the scary thing is they use this as a kids pool in the winter and it won’t be long I’m sure before we hear of a child been serious hurt or worse For me overall the refurbishment was style over substance and it’s such a let down. The old voyage will always have my heart and hopefully one day I may return but I’d have to know that management cared enough about guests before I even gave another penny to them. The price is stupidity out of control and there is so many better cheaper holidays out there and I’ve been to several recently Thank you for good times we had yes had and please do better for the future guest, who won’t be us

    We had an amazing stay at Voyage Golf Belek! The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options every day. The service was outstanding — the staff were always friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely come back again!

    Excellent vacation at Voyage Belek Golf & Spa! This was my first stay at this hotel, and I was left with the very best impressions. The hotel impressed me with its high quality in every detail. The food was exceptional – very delicious, varied, and with a wide selection for every taste. I would especially like to mention the fantastic cakes at Patisserie Cafe Lounge and the aromatic coffee at Coffee House – a real pleasure every day.The room was comfortable and thoughtfully equipped, with high-quality toiletries. I was pleasantly surprised to find a toothbrush, toothpaste, and even dental floss available.The hotel grounds are beautiful, green, and very well maintained, perfect for relaxing walks and peaceful rest. I would especially like to highlight the staff – very kind, helpful, and always smiling. I truly felt welcomed and cared for.Another big advantage is the excellent relaxation area for guests who arrive early or check out late – there you can comfortably shower and change clothes. I arrived around 6 a.m. and checked out around 3 p.m. It would be wonderful if guests, especially first-time visitors, were informed about this option upon arrival. Fortunately, I had read about it online and was able to use this excellent facility.
