Location

The hotel is conveniently situated 5 km away from Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport and twenty minutes from the bright lights of Kuta and Seminyak. Denpasar and Uluwatu Temple are both a 30-minute drive away.

Facility

The complex has a lift and features 40 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and a fan ensure comfortable indoor temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and dishwasher. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be booked. The resort has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and 1 smoking room.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, beach volleyball and golf are available. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym, billiards and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a dining room and a bar. Catering options include half board and full board. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will satisfy appetites big and small. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    TIMESHARE SCAM.Genuinely disappointing that this is still being pushed. We came to Bali for 7 days to relax and spend quality time together, especially as it’s our daughter’s first trip. Instead, we’re approached with the usual “just 1 hour” pitch and a “free taxi” offer, which is clearly a hook into something far more misleading.It doesn’t take much to work out what this is. A quick search makes it obvious, yet people are still being targeted and pressured into attending. It feels deceptive and completely out of place when you’re meant to be enjoying a holiday.Don’t waste your time on this. You’ve spent good money to be here, so enjoy Bali for what it is and focus on your family. Being approached like this, especially for a scam run by a fellow Aussie, leaves a really bad impression.     Please please beware of their free prize contests and marketing schemes. They will tell you its one hour at their "resort" and you can look around and attend a short presentation of 60 minutes only. They will take you to a sketchy conference room, bore you to death by assigning a sales person who will go on and on and try and get all kinds of personal information and try get you to sign up for a membership. After wasting 2 hours of our time... Waay past the 60 minutes I finally had enough and asked the price of the membership $40k btw! For a 25 year membership. Screams scam, they are aggressive and will try their best to get you to sign up. If someone offers you one of these vouchers please save your precious time on your holiday and dodge them. Really makes you question why a resort chain of this size has to get customers this way. I think you need to hire a good marketing agency and rework your entire sales pitch... Here's a few ideas I'll give you for free - offer a lower price in off seasons, include some paid activities for guests, consider offering all inclusive packages, offer periodic sales through put the year to keep attracting customers, don't carry out these sketchy sales pitches and put people off your entire brand and chain.     I stayed 9 nights with friends recently. I can’t praise the staff enough. A friend was unwell on arrival. We got the Dr to visit and the staff were amazing. Checking up on the patient daily and offering help with anything we needed.
