The hotel is nice and clean, in a very central location of the city and the staff is courteous and efficient. The price is worth the money. I did not try some services, like breakfast or WiFi, so I cannot raise my evaluation to the maximum

Clean, kind refuge during disastrous trip

We appreciated our visit to Hannong much more than we expected. My husband came down with food poisoning after lunch on the train and he recovered in the hotel. Then he forgot his wallet upon departure! All in all, a disastrous vacation rescued by the room maid who was so very kind in his time of need. I particularly want to thank Joanna and a new blonde employee whose name I do not recall, both extremely friendly helpful front desk staff who allowed us to stay in the room an extra day after we had checked out and who safely held his wallet for a week until we retrieved it. Besides all of this, the breakfast was good, the room very comfortable, the location very nice for tourism. Also fortunately located near the laundromat :-)

A charming family-run hotel in the center of Strasbourg. We loved the design of the hotel, it is very elegant yet cosy and practical. The hotel is very well run and offers great value for money. The rooms were impeccably clean and modern. Despite its location in the very center, the rooms were very quiet.
