    If you want a cheap place to stay then this is it. But just know you will have a staff that does NOTHING to other tenants if they party, play loud music or get drunk at all hours of the night. I complained 3 days in a row and nothing was done from their end. You literally can do whatever you want there and not get in trouble. I’m not into staying at a place where no one respects other people. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. What a nightmare

    Location was excellent, one minute walk to most of the places Restaurants, bars, gift shops, spa’s & ATMs.Room was super clean with all the amenities, staffs are friendly. Breakfast is included in the room rate, there was a menu to be choose from. Lunch n dinner is also available for additional price, nice food. There was no pool, but wasn’t an issue since beach was few minutes walk from d hotel.

    We stayed there 2 nights and i think it is just the best for the price. Breakfast was good and staff extremely nice and helpful. Rooms could get some renovations soon but it is not a big problem. They clean rooms every day and get you fresh towels. Location is great! Legian street just minutes away. Really loved my kita experience.

    Went to this hotel because the review was good but then it come out with really bad bathroom and smelly water. we out from morning and coming back around 5 evening and got our room not clean, no towel change .it was terrible stay.

    clean rooms, good bed, excelent location, and the most important thing: very quiet!! breakfast was a little small, but okay for a couple off days.when we need to go back to kuta we certainly go to this hotel!
