Location

The finca is a short 15-minute walk to the beach, just minutes away from prime shopping and a stone's throw from some of Bali's iconic bars and dining and entertainment venues. There are taxis and links to the public transport network around 10 minutes' walk from the villa and Kudeta Beach, the surfing beach, Seminyak Square shopping centre and the spa are all just 15 minutes away on foot. The finca is approximately 30 minutes from Bali's Ngurah Rai International airport.

Facility

The property includes 7 villas/houses as well as 12 rooms, including 4 suites, 3 single rooms and 3 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available the finca include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. For additional comfort, a terrace comes as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. Other amenities available include a washing machine and an ironing set. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be booked. Finca has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Leisure activities and facilities the finca include cycling/mountain biking, yoga, a spa, massage treatments and a solarium or, for a fee, a gym.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate area for smokers. Bed and breakfast can be booked. A continental breakfast ensures a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests choose their favourite dishes à la carte. A set menu can be ordered for lunch. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. Finca also offers special catering options.

    Dirty, old and run down, don’t stay here.

    We arrived at the property and found it was so dirty, old and run down. We got to the property and were very disappointed. We didn’t even stay the night and left after a couple of hours after finding somewhere else to stay. There were still stains on the toilet and stains on the bedding and cushions. The tap in the bathroom wasn’t secure and moved from side to side. We were offered another room but this was just as bad.The staff on the other hand could not have been more helpful in trying to accommodate us, they even took us to our next hotel. We only booked this hotel after reading reviews on booking.com which are totally inaccurate. It pays to read reviews from other websites as we found out too late!

    The location is perfect! Not too busy but not too far from the heart of Seminyak. The staff were amazing with impeccable service. The villa was absolutely lovely, beautiful grounds. Loved the pool and jacuzzi. Perfect for a relaxing trip. Breakfast was a bit average here, better off taking a wonder down to the main road for food.

    We visited Bali for the first time in January 2020 and stayed at Kiss Bali Villas for 5 nights. Our stay at the Villa was amazing and really is what made our holiday excellent. Firstly, the staff were very professional and attentive to detail while respecting our privacy and fulfilling our every needs. Secondly, the housekeeping staff always done a great job of cleaning our villa and ensuring we had plenty of water and fresh towels every day. Kiss Bali Villa also offered us complimentary drop offs to nearby locations around Seminyak in which we thought was very generous of them. Thirdly, The pool was amazing and always clean. Finally I would like to thank Andy for looking after us during our stay at Kiss Bali Villas, he was able to provide much needed information at times and was always ready to help at any time of the day. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Kiss Bali Villas !!!

    Great choice of Villa either for family or couples looking for a peaceful and quiet retreat in Bali. The layout and design of each villa are equally luxurious though each has its own distinct feature and style. Staffs are friendly and accommodating, they pay extra attention to details while tidying up your room and take extra care not to infringe your privacy. The concierge is responsive to our call each time we needed help. Rooms are clean and well-equipped with the basic necessities. Eateries, pubs, convenience stores, and even disco are located within minutes of walking. We had an overall enjoyable stay and will definitely visit again!

    Spacious villa which requires some upgrading

    The staff was very friendly, and the villa was located within walking distance to some good eateries and cafes. The downside was that the villa required some refurbishment and upkeep. The villa was also very spacious, and the indoor private pool was adequate for a relaxing time. For completeness, we stayed at the Deluxe Villa where the room is on a higher level with an outdoor kitchen/living area on the first floor. The fridge in the kitchenette area was faulty, but didn't mar the overall experience.
