Location

The hotel is located in the village of Sanggingan, Ubud. The resort is within easy reach of major tourist attractions around Ubud and other regions of Bali. Bali International Airport is about a 55-minute drive away, through Balinese villages and terraced rice fields.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 12 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     Air conditioning air smell very bad , AC not cleaned , room lock are very bad , they lock room by a piece of wood , no safety for guest for such like locks , staff not helping to solve problem , them don’t even do any offer to solve the bad room , No electric plug beside the bed , overall room facility are very bad

    We stayed 6 nights in a 2 bedroom villa with pool. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was on the cooler side. The villa was looking tired in places and could do with some TLC but it didn’t stop us. We have seen them decorating some rooms over the last few days which is always a good sign. Main pools were warm and had nice sun beds around them.Staff were always around and ready to help with a smile.We took the shuttle in Ubud central - what a very busy place. Hotel is about 5/10 mins by car when there is no traffic but come rush hour could be 30mins. Not many restaurants outside hotel for variety you need to go into Ubud. Hotel food is amazing so we have eaten in for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is basic but gets you through. We missed breakfast one morning and went to the Lemony Cafe opposite which was delightful..We used grab app to get us into and back from Ubud. Taxis are very quick to arrive (typically 2-3 mins). Cost was around 50k but can vary slightly depending on time. Ubud is very busy which adds to the charm. Lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of choice on food options from Indonesian to burgers and pizzas. We can highly recommend Cafe Des Artistes which is 50m from main ubud road. Lovely atmosphere, great food and service. Toilets were the cleanest we’ve used in any restaurant. Walking street in Ubud is an experience but my haggling skills came into full effect and we brought some absolute bargains for very little money.Trips out were excellent. Our first was to Mason elephant park booked directly with them including pickup. We paid for a Jumbo wash and the whole experience was amazing. The food at lunch time was brilliant and far exceeded our expectations. A must visit and such a worthy cause!!!!!Our other 2 trips, skyline zip wire, sky bike, coffee tasting. Balinese dance, Balinese house visit, waterfalls and Temple for self purification were all organised by D’Bali Private Driver & Tours. Made and his brother Petru were amazing. Both spoke English very well and were happy to build the tours around our needs. We were honoured to even have a tour of their home and meet the family. They provided water for the day and were always on hand to sort tickets etc and lead us at each area. Highly recommend these guys. They can be found on Facebook.

    Beautiful grounds, quite resort.

    Kori Ubud is a quaint, lovely resort set on beautifully manicured, lush grounds. Rooms are clean and very spacious, large bathroom. Two lovely pools, our room was right alongside one pool, which we had to ourselves as the resort was quiet and not too many people. Staff were friendly and helpful. They had arranged a birthday cake and greeting for my husband and a Happy Anniversary setting on our bed when we arrived which was lovely. They can provide their driver to drop you into Ubud town for $7AUD, as the resort is a good 10 or so minute drive from town. The only let down was the restaurant and the included buffet breakfast, which was very poor and underwhelming. Food was pretty basic and I didn't like that some of the food was sitting there uncovered and looked not very appetising eg. the bacon, ham, and sausages. Selection was not great. Coffee selection quite poor, they had instant coffee and the staff struggled to do a nice machine coffee.

    We loved our stay here. The 2-bedroom villa with private pool is amazing. It’s spacious and very nice. You have the most beautiful view to lush garden from the private balcony. The breakfast is amazing. They change some of the items each day, so there is always something new. We will definitely stay here again, if we return to Ubud. The staff is also very nice and kind. The spa is great too.
