  Obnoxious owner dirty hotel

  Location was decent atmosphere okay rooms were dirty very dirty no heat As you can see the heat was turned clear up to 90 and it's still not warm at all, ashes not cleaned up from previous customers betting dirty beds mattresses everything dirty no hot water faucet broken in the bathtub owner not available next day No one at the front counter to check customers in or out or take customer complaints or take customer phone calls for that matter We waited for almost 2 hours Well 9:45 to 11:15 a.m. for somebody to finally show up and do their job and it was the owner and he advised us that because we did not stay in our car and we actually stayed in the room that we would not get a refund had I known that the rooms were this dirty and this disgusting we would have never booked there. And on top of that three of the five of us have colds because we slept in cold rooms

  If you don’t mind the smell of pot or cigarettes

  The price was good, the restaurant attached to it looked like it was cute. The girl at the front desk could be friendlier upon checking in, however the girl at checkout was much friendlier. When I told them about the strong odor of cigarettes in my room, and the strong smell of pot in the hallways, she said oh I know, you’re not the first to complain but the owner doesn’t charge when people do that so there wasn’t much she could do. The ironic thing is that we got charged for our five pound dog with the pet fee, but for those that smoke, it’s no charge to smoke in bed there. The room was cleanish, not the cleanest due to cigarette burns in the carpet, and the bathroom floor could be cleaner. Use caution if you book here. Semi ok for the night if you get a room that doesn’t feel like pot or cigarettes and only as a pass thru. I wouldn’t stay more than a night here. Sleep was horrible from the smell.

  I've traveled a lot in my career and stayed at many hotels, including "value" ones. This is one of the very few I've ever encountered where I checked out immediately. It was worth a one-day cancellation fee to find somewhere better.

  Excellent breakfast and service, clean rooms

  The staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were older and showed some wear but they were clean and everything worked. The shower head is very high up which my partner who is 6'3" appreciated. There is no elevator on site and it has two levels. The pool is still under construction. There is an onsite bar with a large dance floor. The drinks were not expensive but very basic offerings. The bartender was very kind. The upstairs BW Grill offered a complimentary breakfast made to order from their menu and in addition they also had fresh fruit and warm cinnamon apples. The breakfasts were very filling and even included a beverage. The beds were firm and four pillows on each with varying firmness. We really enjoyed our stay for the price!

  Absolutely disgusting. Hallway and room stank like mildew (I'm hoping I don't end up with a mold or legionnaires disease infection from the bad air quality). The only things in the room that were clean were the bed linens, towels, and the toilet. Carpet was crusty and needed vacuuming, a layer of dust was on the furniture, splash mark stains were on the door and the headboard of the bed, luggage racks had mildew on them. The keycards absolutely wouldn't work at first and that should've been our first sign to leave and find a different place. After talking to management, we were finally able to get keycards to work so we could access the room. After that initial access, the keycards stopped working again. Not that this mattered much because we did not stay for our booked time.
