    Stayed for a long weekend with a friend. Terrific location just off Seminyak Square, yet quiet from the noise of the area and very secure. Simple, but spacious ensuite rooms with a small balcony/ veranda in front. Spotlessly clean, the rooms have excellent air conditioning. The bathrooms have a shower (water pressure varied significantly between the rooms we had) with basic amenities. The beds are very large with wonderfully comfortable mattress. The central pool is fine and surrounded by a well maintained garden - complete with a family of squirrels in the trees! The staff are kind and attentive, with nothing too much bother. A perfect spot for a quick visit - central to all of Seminyak. Save on accommodation, still be comfortable and spend on the wonderful restaurants and day spas nearby...too easy. Would definitely stay here again.

    I stayed 4 nights at this hotel. I’ll start with the good points. The room is big and the location is amazing. Right near seminyak square and a short 5 min walk to the beach. It’s also really quiet. Staff are amazing. They’re very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. However, the bathroom is horrible and smells of sewerage. So much mould in the shower. It’s the sort of shower you need to wear thongs in. Toilet paper cannot be flushed and a manky bin is provided with no plastic bag inside. I also saw bugs crawling out of the shower plug hole. There were ants in the room as well. The bedding was stained and pillows smelt musty. I was also hot in the room. The air con didn’t seem big enough to keep the room cool. I slept on top of the bedding every night. I don’t believe this hotel is worth 75 AUS a night. Lift your game Kutaville or lower your price.

    Kutaville is set in an amazing location. Peacefully tuck away only metres from busy Seminyak Square, shopping, health spas and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Large rooms with super sized bed. A good value breakfast can be included in room rate or purchased as and when required. This was my first time to stay at Kutaville and am now planing next years stay there. Can’t wait to get back.

    We stayed here for 10 days and the staff were absolutely amazing. We left our laptop at our villa on our departure and they did everything in their power to deliver the laptop to the airport for us. I have nothing bad to say about this resort and would stay there again. Location is great.

    Hidden little gem

    Little hidden gem right off of Seminyak Square. Awesome location, friendly staff & super quiet. If you're looking for great location near the best eating spots this is the right place for you. Villa's are definitely in need of some TLC but if you can look past that then this is the place for you.
