Location

This resort is located in Nusa Dua, approximately 15 km from the beach.

Facility

This resort has a lift and a reception desk. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge.     What a wonderful place - we (my mom, aunt and I) opted to stay in a villa for 3 nights well had we known we would have stayed a week and travelled all around! It is such a fabulous quiet service orientated "hotel" more like a resort - our own private pool and entrance with little kitchenette and patio. Breakfast was sooo much better than our previous hotel and I ordered the same thing 3 days in a row (dragon fruit/granola/yoghurt combo) and mom and aunty were hooked on eggs benedict. The check in and service from reception was super - a special mention to Hans - firstly his english is good and he understands what hotel guests want - attention -LOL the General Manager - Made - was equally attentive, inviting us to a staff celebratory ceremony - the restaurant also served good lunches and nice variety. Cocktail happy hour was a win toooo!! Our rooms were spacious - the bathroom you can have a party in !@! be advised tho no twin bed options but a nice king size bed so aunty and mom shacked up together - it is not in a noisy area either the aircons are quiet ..... I really have no complaints on this little gem - we took GRAB vehicles every day and the hotel does shuttle you to the beach as well. The gardens are beautiful and this is a well kept and maintained property - beautiful!!!     BEAUTIFUL, TRANQUIL AND VERY GOOD SERVICES

    Where is the 6th Star? From arriving and greeted by the sweet and smiling staff members were comforting already. We were at the ground floor and the next day asked to be relocated from 815 to the 1st Floor and were given Room 821. We are staying here for a week and will return for another 3 days on our way to Jakarta. The breakfast is very good and plentiful, they even asked us if we need anything special and we asked to add 'petai' in our Nasi Goreng and without hassle 2 days later we have that. Looking forward to our breakfast as fresh 'petai' isn't available in Australia.We decided to relocate and live in Bali (we are pensioners) rather than gloomy Melbourne where the rent per week cost MORE than Le Berceuse. Here we have free breakfast daily, our room clean daily and sunshine most of the time. Free electricity, free wifi (cost at least $100 per month in Melbourne) . BTW If you dont mind to downgrade a bit there is a small 'warung' (actually the only warung within the precinct) and for a mere AUD$1.20 you can eat 'Nasi Campur' consisted of a piece of fried chicken, omelette, veggie and tempe with delicious sambal. This where all the Grab drivers, hotels' staffs hang out.     If you are looking for a Villa/Resort in Nusa Dua offering first-class service at a very affordable/budget price, you cannot beat La Berceuse Resort and Villa. You'll enjoy friendly, professional staff, a great all day restaurant on site offering both Balinese cuisine and Western favourites + cocktails and wine at reasonable prices, complimentary (safe) water on tap, a lovely pool and exquisitely manicured tropical gardens, and very comfortable accommodation in a quiet location. Plus they offer a brilliant, complimentary shuttle service for beach and town drop offs/pick ups. We loved staying here (11 nights). The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. A special shout out to Reception/Driver, Lanang, and Lanang and Dewik in the restaurant - heartfelt thanks to you and all the team at La Berceuse.     Very quiet and relaxing with spectacular tropical garden atmosphere

    Great quiet and hidden location on the hill close to beach and shops. Beautiful tropical garden surroundings. Rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable mosquito netted beds. The huge bath tub topped it off. Good value for money with with magnificent food and use of bicycles to use around the area. Everything is clean and well maintained and the service is outstanding. Very happy customers.
