    Overall I had a good experience! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was generally well kept throughout the stay and the staff were great at ensuring your needs were met. We were there to celebrate our birthdays and they had the requested happy birthday message on the bed upon arrival. I wanted to do the flower pool which they arranged, and it came out beautiful. The staff also came to my villa and sang me a birthday song with a dessert. I will say the only down sides i had were the mosquitos were a bit much despite the staff coming by the room to spray daily. Also the type of room we booked had two rooms, one upstairs and one down. The downstairs restroom had an open shower concept. Meaning my shower was exposed to the elements because there was no back wall. I could literally peak my head out and see the pool, flies came into my shower and i could see the moon at night. At first i did not like it but i got over it by day two. It was initaslly a safety concern, like someone could jump the fence and enter my room through the shower but its bali. Its overall a very safe place and luckily that did not happen. Would i stay again...maybe but i didn't have a bad experience at all. Also the restaurant was pretty good too.     A Fantastic Family Stay!

    We stayed here for the second time recently and enjoyed the same level of fantastic service as we had three years ago. In addition, the spa services and restaurant were wonderful additions since our last visit. We enjoyed breakfast each morning in the restaurant and had room service a few times during our stay. The two-bedroom villa was beautiful and we enjoyed both the outside dining, lounge and pool space as well as the two air-conditioned bedrooms.     Exceeded our expectations

    We loved our stay here and were sad to leave. Service was great and extremely friendly. Our villa and all the common areas exceeded our expectations. Pool area was beautiful, although small, but totally enough for everyone, 'cause mostly everyone was in their villas i think. Everywhere was clean, green and stunning. Services (minimarket, spa, gym, cafe, restaurant) are right next door and a wider range of options are within walking distance, although Canggu is not a very walk-friendly place. The room was spacious and cozy. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable and you could also put a mosquito curtain around the bed if needed. The shower had good pressure and in addition to the rain shower, there was also a hand shower and tap, which made washing much easier. We also had enough hot water all the time.The air conditioning in our villa was quite noisy, so earplugs were essential for a good night's sleep. In the evenings and especially on weekends, there is also a short fireworks display from the beach, which did not bother us though.Because it's Bali, you should be aware that there are small lizards and crabs living in the shower rooms. Spiders and other small insects may also visit, but hardly any mosquitoes thanks to the daily poisoning. If you need privacy to use the bathroom, it's worth checking if they have a more private villa available. In our villa, there was glass and a door between the bedroom and the bathroom/toilet, but you can only close them with a partial curtain. This wasn't a problem for us though.
