Location

The hotel is centrally located in Legian, just a short distance from the main shopping area, entertainment and dining spots. It is just a 15-minute drive from Bali International Airport. In addition, Denpasar is a 30-minute drive away, while Kuta and Kuta beach are just half-an-hour away on foot.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 70 rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. Complimentary newspapers are available. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. Further amenities include a trouser press and a tumble dryer. A direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. A gym and yoga or, for a fee, billiards, are among the sport and leisure options available. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include an entertainment programme and live music.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. Bed and breakfast can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

    Budget hotel maybe but this was just awful. Drama from day one. Room aircon seemed to work yet the room remained a sweat box. Door to balcony once closed and locked never aligned correctly leaving a gaping hole for mosquitoes and gecko’s to get in. Toilet never worked. Maintenance Was needed to replace parts , shower over bath tub leaked everywhere. Blinds couldn’t be opened . Permanently secured shut. So we were moved to their other venue across the road down garlic lane . We lasted 6 hours . Dreadful . Deadset mosquito pit outside the rooms door in the seating area . Same problems inside the room as other site, you don’t expect much with budget accommodation but you need to be able to use basic facilities. Our initial 10 night stay turns into 3.. After trying 3 different rooms over the two sites we cut our losses . Never again.

    wasn't expecting much at $36 a night but the place is lovely and in a perfect location, comfy bed , icy aircon, granted the bathroom was a little dated but was all functional and water was hot.staff were amazing and nice pool and swim up bar,room service was great from the restaurant out front would definitely stay here again.

    The room was dirty. Daily clean was mainly a mop around. No bath or basin clean. We were there 3 weeks and had to request to have the sheets changed. Breakfast was pathetic seemed to be leftovers from the night before

    there is a tiny car park full of cars, bikes, rent bikes, big bikes are all treated with no respect. so be prepared, video the bike when you rent it, any damage record unless its your fault!The pool is absolutely disgusting, its green and in 6 weeks no one has used it.I dont know how this property got on Air B&B because we have had problems since the day we moved in. do not get room 13, or as they have made it room 31. it as unlucky and nobody has rented since.we had major water problems from no water to 8 days of a temporary pump so noisy we couldnt sleep.Tha AC was leeking about a litre of water a day untill i said enough. but zero sympathy or compensation.DO NOT STAY HERE its dirty and disgusting, they dont care and theres nothing you can do.

    Such a prime location and wonderful staff.In saying that the rooms are pretty bad! The smell in the room was disgusting and they are so old and grubby.To add to that when you sit outside by the road in Joni’s Bar, you are constantly hassled by street vendors. Up to 20 a day! The hotel should stop hawkers coming inside to ensure visitors are not hassled.Also allowing visitors to put cat food on hotel plates and feed stray cats is not on! I would never stay there again and for a budget hotel you can get a much better experience for the same price. Dewi Sri Hotel is 1 million times better fir the same price
